of the yous and yours underlined as "you" and "your" indicates that the
you and the your are plural. Also any of the words that are in bold
pink
lettering as "you"
refers to the feminine gender, but it is only applied when it does not
commonly refer to a woman. This only is applied to this week's Torah

ta-Your servant
ta-Your Greatness, and ta-Your Strong Hand: which who

the Heavens and in the Earth, which can do according to (as) Your

the

you;
you will not speak again to Me anymore on
this word. 27

Looking at the word IMPLORED
(GAVE)
The
Hebrew word for implored (gave) is "khah-nahn"- Khet, Nun, Nun Sophit (Nnx).
It is from
Strong's Concordance number 2603, and its definition
A
primitive root (compare H2583); properly to bend or stoop in kindness
to an inferior; to favor, bestow; causatively to implore (that is, move
to favor by petition): - beseech, X fair, (be, find, shew) favour
(-able), be (deal, give, grant (gracious (-ly), intreat, (be) merciful,
have (shew) mercy (on, upon), have pity upon, pray, make supplication,
X very.
from 2583 "khah-nah" (hnx), and its definition
A
primitive root (compare H2603); properly to incline; by implication to
decline (of the slanting rays of evening); specifically to pitch a
tent; generally to encamp (for abode or siege): - abide (in tents),
camp, dwell, encamp, grow to an end, lie, pitch (tent), rest in tent.
Moses was pleading in kindness to hwhy
to let him go over
the Jordan to the promised land.
Verse twenty four through twenty
six

You, Adonai hwhy, You
have begun (rubbed) to show
ta-Your servant
ta-Your Greatness, and ta-Your Strong Hand: which who

your account, and did

this word.
If hwhy
allowed Moses to go
over, He would have broken His Word, and would have given a bad example
to the Israelites and Moses, by saying that He said that it was OK not
to believe in Him and His Words from the First Word (Commandment) to
believe on Him, and that He can change His Mind
on
it.
Looking at the account of the Parable of the Lord's Servant, which is
noted in the
Gospel of Luke
Luke 12:45
But and if that
servant say in his heart, My lord delayeth his coming; and shall begin
to beat the menservants and maidens, and to eat and drink, and to be
drunken; 46 The
lord of that servant will come in a day when he looketh not for him,
and at an hour when he is not aware, and will cut him in sunder, and
will appoint him his portion with the unbelievers. 47 And that
servant, which
knew his lord's will, and prepared not himself, neither did according
to his will, shall be beaten with many stripes. 48 But he that knew
not, and did
commit things worthy of stripes, shall be beaten with few stripes. For
unto whomsoever much is given, of him shall be much required: and to
whom men have committed much, of him they will ask the more.
Moses was given very much responsibility, and
much
responsibility was required of him. Luke's passage is
compared of the
judgment hwhy
made against Moses
to not
go over the Jordan, when Moses struck the rock twice instead of
speaking hwhy's Word to the rock
at Meribah. Moses was in many ways
symbolically
"beaten with many
stripes" for his
error, thus breaking the First Word (Commandment) by not believing
in hwhy.
Indirectly related, David had the affair with
Bathsheba and
made her pregnant with their child. David also had Urriah the Hittite
killed by putting him in an isolating state under heavy fighting.
Nathan came to him and gave him the two men and the lamb story. When
David passed the judgment that he must die and give back fourfold,
Nathan told David that it was him. Nathan also told him that hwhy
said to tell David
that the child will die.
This is where it continues, which is noted in the book of the prophet
Samuel
2 Samuel 12:15
And Nathan
departed unto his house. And hwhy struck
ta-the
child that Uriah's
wife bare unto David, and it was very sick. 16 David therefore besought
ta-Elohim
for the
child; and
David fasted, and
went in, and lay all night
upon the earth. 17 And the elders of his house arose, and went to him,
to raise him up from the earth: but he would not, neither did he eat
bread with them. 18 And it came to pass on the seventh day, that the
child died. And the servants of David feared to tell him that the child
was dead: for they said, Behold, while the child was yet alive, we
spake unto him, and he would not hearken unto our voice: how will he
then vex himself, if we tell him that the child is dead? 19 But when
David saw that his servants whispered, David perceived that the child
was dead: therefore David said unto his servants, Is the child dead?
And they said, He is dead. 20 Then David arose from the earth,
and
washed, and anointed himself, and changed his apparel, and came into
the House of hwhy,
and
worshipped: then he came
to his own house; and when he required, they set bread before him, and
he did eat. 21 Then said his servants unto him, What thing is this that
thou hast done? Thou didst fast and weep for the child, while it was
alive; but when the child was dead, thou didst rise and eat bread.
22 And he said, While
the child
was yet alive, I fasted and wept:
for I said, Who can tell whether hwhy
will be
gracious to me, that
the child may live?
23 But now he is dead, wherefore should I
fast? Can
I bring him back again? I shall go to him, but he shall not return to
me.
David
was
praying to
hwhy
to change His Word
about his son, but like Moses, much is given, much is demanded. hwhy's Word cannot
change.
In the Brith Khadashah (New Covenant), there was one person who had the
right to
request hwhy
to change His Mind, which is noted in the Gospel of Matthew
Matthew
26:37 And
[Yeshua]
took with Him Peter and the two sons of Zebedee, and began to be
sorrowful and very heavy. 38 Then saith He unto them, My Soul is
exceeding sorrowful, even unto death: tarry ye here, and watch with Me.
39 And
He
went a little further, and fell on His Face, and prayed, saying, O My
Father, if it be possible, let this Cup pass from Me: nevertheless not
as I will, but as Thou wilt.
40 And He cometh unto
the
disciples, and findeth them asleep, and saith unto Peter, What, could
ye not watch with Me one hour? 41 Watch and pray, that ye
enter
not into temptation: the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is
weak. 42 He
went away
again the second time, and prayed, saying, O My Father, if this Cup may
not pass away from Me, except I drink it, Thy Will be done.
43 And He came and found them asleep again: for their eyes
were
heavy. 44 And He left them, and
went away
again, and prayed the third time, saying the same Words.
45 Then cometh He to His disciples, and saith unto them, Sleep
on
now, and take your rest: behold, the hour is at hand, and the Son of
Man is betrayed into the hands of sinners. 46 Rise, let us be going:
behold, he is at hand that doth betray Me.
Yeshua was praying "three times" for The Heavenly Father to change His
Word to
not make Him take the cup, but Yeshua said to Him that His Will be
done. Yeshua was required much by the Heavenly Father, even to the
point of death, for the
sake of honoring His Heavenly Father.
Verse twenty seven

29 And we dwelled in the gorge opposite (at the front of, circumcising)
Beth Peor.
This was Moses' consolation from hwhy
by seeing the land, but not able to go over.
Indirectly related, regarding directions, the world has made
the focal point of a compass to be in the north, because the major
magnetic source
is located in the northern end of the globe, by calling it "Magnetic
North". But in the Hebraic
Biblical perspective and viewpoint, the focal point of the directions
were based at the facing of the sunrise, which is located generally in
the east, which could be called "Biblical Magnetic East". On top
of that, the Entrance of the Tent of Appointment was facing at the
direction of the sunrise, the east. As
I mentioned before regarding the Tent of Appointment in one of the
Torah portions, when at times it says south, it is using the Hebrew
word, literally translated, "right", because of the reasons mentioned
above. The sea is noted because it is the Hebrew word "yam", meaning
"sea", as in Yam Suph, meaning, the Sea of Papyrus Reeds. This is the
Biblical, Toraic perspective of our Creator.
Monte Judah of Lion and Lamb
Ministries brought up this interesting
notion in saying that Moses was also told to look risingward, or
eastward, to the
land, but looking eastward meant Moses would be looking at the land
east of the Jordan which Moses was already located. It meant that this
was a future time event which has yet to be fulfilled. Thank you Monte.
Moses was not the first to be told to see the land around him. Abraham
was also told to see the land surrounding him, which is noted in the
Torah portion of Lekh L'kha, in the book of Genesis
Genesis 13:3 3 And went to his
journeyings from
the
Negeb
and unto Beth El unto the place which had been there to tent in the
beginning between Beth El and between the Ai;... 12 Abram dwelled in the
land of Canaan, and Lot dwelled in the cities of the circumjacent region and
tented unto Sodom. 13 And the men of Sodom were evil ones and sinners
to hwhy much. 14 And hwhy said to
Abram after
that Lot separated (split) from upon him, Lift up (bear) your eyes now
and look from
the place which you are there; hiddenward (northward), and negebward
(southward),
and eastward, and seaward (westward): 15 for ta-all the land
which you
see to yourself will I give her to your seed unto ages [(forever)].
16
And I will set ta-your seed as the
dust of the Earth: which if a man is able to count ta-the dust of the Earth, also
your seed shall be counted. 17 Arise, walk in the land to her length
and to her breadth; for I will give her to you. 18 And Abram tented,
and came and dwelled among
the Oaks of Mamre which was in Hebron, and built there an
altar to hwhy.
Abraham
was in Between Bethel and Ai as hwhy
spoke this to him. It is located in the red sqare
When Moses was told to go up to see the land that he could not go over,
it must have broken Moses' heart very much, and most likely cried over
it.
At the same time, back in Meribah, when Moses struck the rock instead
of speaking to it, it could have been hwhy's
Plan to allow for it to happen, because He knew that in perspective
that Moses represented the Torah. Hypothetically, say that Moses did go
over to the Promised Land. Then
where
would Joshua, in Hebrew "Yehoshua" (translated as "Yah Saves") play in
the role of going
into the
land? There would have been no "salvation", and there would have
been
no type and shadow of Yeshua, meaning "Salvation", to come into the
world
2,000 years
ago as well as Yeshua's second coming in the end times. Moses somehow
must have known that in the back of his mind that he was an end of a
certain era of this Biblical and historical point for the People of
Israel. Also, he had to have known that Joshua had to take over the
baton, and
be the next era of circumstances for them for "salvation" to bring them
over to the Promised Land.

CHAPTER
4
Deuteronomy
4:1-49
Deu 4:1 And
now, Israel, listen to the Statutes and to the Judgments
(Ordinances) which I
am having
you learn to do them,
by
that, you may live, and you
will enter, and you
will
possess (occupy) ta-the land
which hwhy, the Elohim
of your fathers,
is giving to you. 2
You shall not add upon the Word which I am
commanding you, and
you shall not diminish (remove, scrape off, shave off) from him, to
keep ta-the Commandments
of hwhy, your Elohim,
which I am commanding
you. 3 Your eyes have seen ta
which hwhy did in Baal
Peor: for every
man which went after Baal Peor, hwhy, your Elohim,
had destroyed (desolated)
him from your nearness. 4 And you,
all of you that have
clung on hwhy, your
Elohim, are alive today.
5 See, I have made you
learn the Statutes and the Judgments (Ordinances) as
the which hwhy, my Elohim,
commanded me to
do so in the nearness of the land which you are going to there to
possess
(occupy) her. 6 And you
shall guard (keep, observe), and you shall do; for that is your
wisdom and your
understanding to the eyes of the peoples, which they
shall hear ta
all of these Statutes, and
they
shall say, Only this Great Nation is a wise and
understanding People. 7 For who is a great nation,
which Elohim draws near to him, as hwhy, our Elohim,
in all of our
calling to Him? 8 And who is a Great Nation which has Statutes and
Righteous
Judgments [(Righteous Ordinances)] to him according to [(as)]
all of this Teaching (Torah) which
I am giving to your
faces
today?
9 Only guard (keep, observe) for yourself, and guard (keep, observe)
your soul much, lest
you forget
ta-the words which your eyes,
they have seen, and lest they turn away (depart) from
your heart all of the days of your life: and you shall have them known
to
your sons and to the sons of your sons; 10 the day which you stood
to the Face of hwhy, your Elohim,
in Horeb, in hwhy
saying to me, Assemble ta-the People to Me,
and I will make
them hear ta-My Words which they shall
learn to revere (give awe, fear) Me all of the days which they are
alive [(shall live)] upon the Ground,
and ta-their sons, they shall learn.
11 And you
drew near, and you stood
under the mountain; and the mountain was kindling (fueling, burning) in
the Fire
unto the
heart of the Heavens, of darkness, cloud, and gloom (thick cloudiness).
12 And hwhy
spoke to you
from the
midst of the fire: you
heard the sound of Words, and you
were not
seeing an image [(a form, a shape, a likeness)]; except a Voice, 13 and
declared to you ta-His Covenant, which was
commanded you to
do
the Ten
Words; and wrote them upon two tablets of stones.
14 And hwhy commanded
me in that
time to have you
learn Statutes and Judgments (Ordinances) for you
to do [(to have you do)] them in the land
which
you are going over to there to possess (occupy) her.
15 And you guard
(keep, observe) much
for your
souls; for you did not see any image (form, shape, likeness) in
the day hwhy
spoke to you in
Horeb
from the midst of the Fire: 16 lest you become corrupt, and you did (make)
for you a
vessel image (carved image) of an image [(a form, a
shape, a likeness)] of any
small idol, the image (form, shape)
of a remembered one (male) or a perforated one (punctured one, female),
17 a figure (model, structure) of any animal which is on
the Earth, of a figure (model, structure) of any winged bird which she
flies in the Heavens, 18 a figure (model, structure) of any creeper (crawler) on
the ground,
a figure (model, structure) of any fish which is in the
waters from under the Earth: 19 and
lest you lift up (bear) your eyes to the Heavens, and
you see ta-the sun,
and ta-the moon,
and ta-the stars,
all of the army (host) of
the Heavens, and you are pushed away, and you bow to them, and you
serve them,
which hwhy, your Elohim,
had apportioned (separated) them to
all of the peoples under all of the Heavens.
20 And hwhy took you,
and brought you out
from the iron furnace, from Egypt, to be to Him for a People
of Inheritance as this day. 21 And The hwhy was angry
against me upon (over) your
words, and swore I would fail at my going over ta-the Jordan,
and I would fail coming to the Good Land which hwhy, your Elohim,
is giving to you
of an inheritance: 22 for I shall die in this land, I am not going over
ta-the Jordan:
and you shall go
over, and you shall
possess
(occupy) ta-this Good
Land. 23 Guard
(Keep, Observe) for yourselves,
lest you forget ta-the Covenant
of hwhy, your
Elohim, which has cut
with you, and you do (make) for yourselves a
vessel image (carved image) of a image (form, shape,
likeness) of
anything
which hwhy, your Elohim,
has commanded
you. 24 For hwhy, your Elohim,
is a Consuming Fire, He is a jealous El [(El Jealous)].
25 When you birth sons and sons of sons, and you have remained (slacked)
in
the
land, and you shall
be corrupted, and you
shall do (make) a vessel image (carved image) of a image (form, shape,
likeness) of anything, and you
shall do the evil (evilness) [(that is evil)] in the Eyes of hwhy, your
Elohim, to provoke Him [(to make Him indignant)]:
26 I make witness (testify) ta-the Heavens
and ta-the Earth against you
today,
for
perishing, you shall perish hastily from upon the Land which you are
going over ta-the Jordan
there to possess (occupy)
her; you shall not lengthen days upon her, for destroying (desolating),
you shall be
destroyed (desolated). 27 And hwhy shall
scatter (disperse) you
among the peoples, and you
shall remain few with enrollment (scroll, number) among the nations
which hwhy shall guide
you there.
28 And you will
serve there elohim of the doing (work) of the hands of
Adam,
of tree (wood) and of stone, which they shall not see, they shall not
hear, and
they
shall not eat,
and they shall not smell. 29 And in your seeking (beseeching) ta-hwhy, your
Elohim, from there you shall find, when you seek Him in all of your
heart and in all of your soul, 30 in
the distress to you, and you have found all of these words in the
latter
days, and you shall return unto hwhy, your
Elohim, and you will listen in His Voice; 31 For hwhy, your
Elohim, a Merciful El [(El Merciful)]; will not
forsake you, and will not corrupt (decay, ruin, waste) you, and shall
not forget ta-the Covenant of your fathers
which had sworn to them. 32 For ask
now for the first days which they were to your face, for
from the day
which Elohim created Adam upon the Earth, and by from the end
of the Heavens and
unto the end of the Heavens, that has been like this Great Word,
or
has been heard like him. 33 A People that has heard the Voice of Elohim
from speaking from
the midst of the Fire, as the which you, you have heard, and lived?
34 Or has
Elohim attemped (tested, proved) to go to take for Himself a Nation
from the nearness of
a
nation in trials (testings, temptations), in signs, and in miracles
(wonders),
and in war, and
on a Strong
Hand, and on an Outstretched Arm, and in great
terrors (fears), according to [(as)] all which hwhy, your Elohim, did for you in
Egypt to your eyes? 35 You, you have seen, to know for hwhy, He is the
Elohim; is none still [(no other)] from by His apartness, 36 has made
you hear
ta-His Voice from the Heavens to
instruct (correct, chastise) you: and you had seen ta-His Great Fire upon the
Earth; and you heard His Word from the midst of
the Fire,
37 and of bottomness for had loved ta-your
fathers, and chose on his
seed
after him, and brought you out among His Face on His Great Power from
Egypt; 38 to dispossess greater and
bonier nations than you from your
face, to bring you to give to you ta-their land
of an
inheritance as this day. 39 And you shall know today, and you shall
dwell to your heart, for hwhy, He is the
Elohim in the Heavens from above, and upon the Earth from underneath:
is none still.
40 And you
shall guard (keep, observe) ta-His Statutes, and ta-His Commandments which I
am with commanding you today which shall be good to you and to your
sons
after you, and by that, you may lenghten days upon the Ground,
which hwhy, your Elohim,
is givng to you all of the days.
41 Then Moses separated (distinguished) three cities in over the Jordan
at the
rayrising of the sun; 42 for the slayer fleeing there which slayed ta-his
neighbor in failing at knowing,
and he was not at (of) hatred to him from yesterday, threes; and
shall flee to one from
these
cities and have the life [(and shall live)]: 43 ta-Bezer
in the wilderness in the leveled area (leveled plain area) of the
Reubenites; and ta-Ramoth
in the Gilead of the Gadites; and ta-Golan in the
Bashan of the
Manassites.
44 And this is the Teaching (Torah)
which Moses set to the face of
the Sons
of
Israel: 45 These are the Testimonies (Witnesses), and the Statutes, and
the
Judgments (Ordinances), which Moses spoke to
the Sons of Israel, in
their
coming out from Egypt, 46 in over the Jordan, in the gorge opposite (at
the front
of) Beth Peor, in the land of Sihon, King of the
Amorites, which
dwelled in Heshbon, which Moses and the Sons of Israel struck in
their coming out from Egypt: 47 and they possessed (occupied) ta-his land,
and
ta-the land of
Og, King of the
Bashan, two kings of the Amorites which
were in over the Jordan at the rayrising of the sun; 48 from Aroer
which is upon the lip of the Torrent of Arnon [(Nahal Arnon)], and unto
Mount Sion, he
is
Hermon,
49 and all of the Arabah over the Jordan rayrisingward (eastward), and
unto
the
sea
of the Arabah under the streams (springs, ravines) of the Pisgah.

You shall not add upon the Word which I am

you shall not diminish (remove, scrape off, shave off) from him, to
keep ta-the Commandments
of hwhy, your Elohim,
which I am commanding

Moses
said this
similar statement, which is noted in the Torah portion of R'ey, in the
book of
Deuteronomy
Deuteronomy 12:32 ta
All of the Word which I am
commanding
you, you shall guard
(keep, observe, take heed) to do, you shall not add upon him, and you
shall not diminish from him.
This example regards Adam and Eve. hwhy
told both of them a Commandment regarding the trees, which is noted in
the Torah portion of B'reyshith, in the book of Genesis
Genesis
2:16 And hwhy Elohim
commanded upon the
Adam, to say, From every tree of the Garden, eating, you
shall
eat, 17 and from the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and the Evil you
shall
not eat of him, for in the
day of
your eating from him,
dying, you shall
die.
Forwarding, the serpent tempted Eve, with Adam
present with her, by asking her this question, which is noted in the
Torah portion of B'reyshith, in the book of Genesis
Genesis
3:1 And the serpent was subtle
(cunning, crafty) than any beast of
the
field which hwhy Elohim
made, and
said to the woman, For Elohim said, Also (Even) you shall not eat
from
every tree of the Garden?
This was Eve response in the next B'reyshith verse
Genesis 3:2 And
the woman, she said to the serpent, From the Fruit of the Trees of
the Garden we may eat: 3 and from the Fruit of
the Tree which
is in the midst of the Garden, Elohim said, You shall not eat him, and
you shall not
touch on him, lest you die
The reason the serpent, HaSatan, was able to respond to her that she
shall not die, because somehow, sometime in the Garden, the serpent was
able to hear the Words hwhy said to Adam
regarding the Tree of the
Knowledge of Good and Evil, and in another time, serpent could have
overheard Adam
speaking to Khavah (Eve) these "added words", which she added
that hwhy
did not say to Adam,
which
was "and shall you shall not touch him". HaSatan, the serpent, got her
and proved
her wrong by
getting the in, by respond to her "added words", now spoken out to the
serpent. After Adam and Eve
ate the apple, hwhy
judged them, and hwhy
told Eve this, which is noted in the Torah portion of B'reyshith, in
the book of Genesis
Genesis 3:16 To the woman, said, That
multiplying, I will
multiply your
sorrow (displeasure), and of your pregnancy in sorrow, you shall lad
sons;
and your longing (desire) shall be to your husband, and he shall rule
on you.
Khavah (Eve) was
punished for speaking the "added words" to hwhy's words, by
"adding" her
sorrow in her conception. In other words she sowed by adding,
and hwhy
made her reap what she showed by
adding by adding sorrow. As the apostle Paul noted in his letter to the
assembly in
Galatia
Galatians 6:7 Be not
deceived; hwhy is not mocked: for whatsoever
a man soweth, that shall he also reap.

Another example is when the
apostle John warned against anyone adding or
deleting words he wrote to them, which is noted in the book of
Revelation
Revelation 22:18
For I testify
unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this scroll, If
any man shall add unto these things (or words), hwhy
shall
add unto him the plagues
that are written in this scroll: 19 And if any man shall take away from
the words of the scroll of this prophecy, hwhy shall take
away his part out
of
the Scroll of Life, and out of the Holy City, and from the things which
are written in this scroll.
The apostle John had to have known the Commandment in this week's Torah
portion passage. All of us believers in the Messiah need
to heed to "all of the words" of
the book of Revelation.
If one adds or
diminishes what was worded literally, one nullifies the Word. One needs
to be careful what was said. Lawyers today love to catch someone in
court who is on the witness to be caught off guard if they don't repeat
the words
accurately. Even
politicians
love to run around Robin Hood's barn when they were caught with saying
something, and then have to defend what they say by saying that it was
not what
they really meant, then turn around and accusing the accuser that they
took
their words out of context. Another famous president made a famous
saying was that
one would have to define "what the word 'is', is".
Also, in verse two of this week's Torah portion passage, the reason
they were not to
add or diminish those words, because the Word, was, and is, and is to
be "perfect" which (or "Who") is the Same yesterday, today and forever.
The reason
is, because Yeshua is "the Word" manifested in the flesh, which is
noted in the
Gospel of John
John 1:1 In the beginning
was the Word, and the Word was with Elohim, and the Word was Elohim. 2 The same was in the
beginning with Elohim.... 14 And the
Word was made Flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld His Glory, the
glory as of the Only Begotten of the Father,) full of Grace and Truth.
Yeshua is the One
Who Was
and Is and Is to Come, which is noted by the apostle John in the book
of Revelation
Revelation 1:8 I am Alpha [in
Hebrew, Aleph] and
Omega [in Hebrew, Tav], the Beginning and the Ending, saith the Lord,
who Is, and who Was, and who Is to Come, the Almighty.
Yeshua is also the Same yesterday, today and forever, which is
noted by the apostle
Paul in his book of the Hebrews
Hebrews 13:8 Yeshua the
Messiah [is] the Same yesterday, and to day, and for ever.
If
they (or even us) added or deleted any of the Word, they, or we,
would be adding and deleting "Yeshua, the Living Word made Flesh". It would be like
adding and taking away any of the Body Parts and Organs
of Yeshua's Body that are not supposed to be, like a Frankenstein,
and doing this would had been nothing more
than creating a "GMO/GEI/GM human being". Those who have done this will
be judged
for this, We are not immuned to this, because if we in Messiah did the
same thing,
we would also be judged for it. This would also be
an indirect attack against hwhy
and Yeshua by
adding and deleting His Words, as well as Yeshua, the Living Word.
Verses three and
four
3 Your eyes have seen ta
which hwhy did in Baal
Peor: for every
man which went after Baal Peor, hwhy, your Elohim,
had destroyed (desolated)
him from your nearness. 4 And you,
all of you that have
clung on hwhy, your
Elohim, are alive today.
Bill Cloud of Shoreshim
Ministries and Brad Scott of Wildbranch
Ministry noted
that history repeats itself. Based on this verse, does this phrase
relate to the end times in which history is repeating itself with the
last
generation, which is us as belivers in Yeshua, who are alive clinging
to hwhy
this day?
Verse five
5 See, I have made you
learn the Statutes and the Judgments (Ordinances) as
the which hwhy, my Elohim,
commanded me to
do so in the nearness of the land which you are going to there to
possess
(occupy) her.
I don't recall Moses ever used the phase "hwhy,
my Elohim" before. He would normally say "hwhy,
your Elohim", meaning the People. Why did Moses say it as his Elohim? I
don't have an answer at this time.
Verse
six
6 And you
shall guard (keep, observe), and you shall do; for that is your
wisdom and your
understanding to the eyes of the peoples, which they
shall hear ta
all of these Statutes, and
they
shall say, Only this Great Nation is a wise and
understanding People.
King Solomon applied part of this week's Torah portion passage, which
is noted in the book
of the Proverbs
Proverbs 7:1 My
son, keep My Words, and lay up My Commandments with thee. 2 Keep
My Commandments, and live; and my Torah as the apple of thine eye.
3 Bind them upon thy fingers, write them upon the table of
thine
heart. 4 Say
unto
wisdom, Thou art my sister; and call understanding thy kinswoman:
5 That they may keep thee from the strange woman, from the stranger
which flattereth with her words. 6 For at the window of My House I
looked through My Casement, 7 And beheld among the simple
ones, I
discerned among the youths, a young man void of understanding,
8 Passing through the street near her corner; and he went the
way
to her house, 9 In the twilight, in the evening, in the black and dark
night: 10 And, behold, there met him a woman with the attire
of an
harlot, and subtil of heart. 11 (She is loud and stubborn; her feet
abide not in her house: 12 Now is she without, now in the
streets,
and lieth in wait at every corner.) 13 So she caught him, and
kissed him, and with an impudent face said unto him, 14 I have peace
offerings with me; this day have I payed my vows. 15 Therefore
came I forth to meet thee, diligently to seek thy face, and I have
found thee. 16 I have decked my bed with coverings of tapestry, with
carved works, with fine linen of Egypt. 17 I have perfumed my
bed
with myrrh, aloes, and cinnamon. 18 Come, let us take our fill
of
love until the morning: let us solace ourselves with loves.
19 For
the goodman is not at home, he is gone a long journey: 20 He
hath
taken a bag of money with him, and will come home at the day appointed.
21 With her much fair speech she caused him to yield, with the
flattering of her lips she forced him. 22 He goeth after her
straightway, as an ox goeth to the slaughter, or as a fool to the
correction of the stocks; 23 Till a dart strike through his
liver;
as a bird hasteth to the snare, and knoweth not that it is for his
life. 24 Hearken unto me now therefore, O ye children, and
attend
to the Words of My Mouth. 25 Let not thine heart decline to
her
ways, go not astray in her paths. 26 For she hath cast down many
wounded: yea, many strong men have been slain by her. 27 Her house is
the way to hell, going down to the chambers of death.
Mark Biltz of El Shaddai
Ministries noted that this was, in many words, "a High Holy Day
harlot", because according to him of this Proverbs account, this
occurred
during the time of the High Holy Day of Sukkoth.
There is also another location in the book of Proverbs where wisdom
cries out
Proverbs 8:1
Doth not wisdom
cry? And understanding put forth her voice? 2 She standeth in the top
of high places, by the way in the places of the paths. 3 She
crieth at the gates, at the entry of the City, at the coming in at the
doors. 4 Unto you, O men, I call; and My Voice is to the sons of man. 5
O ye simple, understand wisdom: and, ye fools, be ye of an
understanding heart. 6 Hear; for I will speak of excellent things; and
the opening of My Lips shall be right things. 7 For My Mouth shall
speak truth; and wickedness is an abomination to My Lips.
8 All of
the Words of My Mouth are in righteousness; there is nothing froward or
perverse in them. 9 They are all plain to him that
understandeth,
and right to them that find knowledge. 10 Receive My Instruction,
and not silver; and Knowledge rather than choice gold. 11 For Wisdom is
better than rubies; and all of the Words that may be desired are
not to
be compared to It. 12 I wisdom dwell with prudence, and find out
knowledge of witty inventions. 13 The Reverence (Awe, Fear)
of hwhy is to hate
evil: pride, and
arrogancy, and the evil way, and the froward mouth, do I hate. 14
Counsel is Mine, and sound wisdom: I am understanding; I have strength.
15 By me kings reign, and princes decree justice.
16 By Me
princes rule, and nobles, even all of the judges of the earth. 17 I
love
them that love Me; and those that seek Me early shall find Me.
18 Riches and honour are with Me; yea, durable riches and
righteousness. 19 My Fruit is better than gold, yea, than fine gold;
and My Revenue than choice silver. 20 I lead in the way of
righteousness, in the midst of the paths of judgment: 21 That I may
cause those that love Me to inherit substance; and I will fill their
treasures. 22 hwhy possessed Me in the
beginning of His Way, before His Works of Old. 23 I was set up from
everlasting, from the beginning, or ever the earth was. 24 When there
were no depths, I was brought forth; when there were no fountains
abounding with water. 25 Before the mountains were settled, before the
hills was I brought forth: 26 While as yet He had not made the earth,
nor the fields, nor the highest part of the dust of the world.
27 When He prepared the heavens, I was there: when He set a
compass upon the face of the depth: 28 When He established the
clouds above: when He strengthened the fountains of the deep:
29 When He gave to the sea his decree, that the waters should
not
pass His Commandment: when He appointed the foundations of the earth:
30 Then I was by Him, as one brought up with Him: and I was daily His
delight, rejoicing always before Him; 31 Rejoicing in the
habitable part of his earth; and my delights were with ta-the sons of
Adam. 32 Now
therefore hearken unto me, O ye sons: for blessed are they that keep My
Ways. 33 Hear Instruction, and be wise, and refuse It not. 34
Blessed is the man that heareth Me, watching daily at My Gates, waiting
at the Posts of My Doors. 35 For whoso findeth Me findeth Life, and
shall obtain Favour of hwhy. 36 But he
that sinneth
against Me wrongeth his own soul: all they that hate Me love death.
Verse
nine
9 Only guard (keep, observe) for yourself, and guard (keep, observe)
your soul much, lest
you forget
ta-the words which your eyes,
they have seen, and lest they turn away (depart) from
your heart all of the days of your life: and you shall have them known
to
your sons and to the sons of your sons;
9 Only guard (keep, observe)
for yourself, and guard (keep, observe) your soul much,...
This could go back to the Torah portion of B'reyshith, in the book of
Genesis, when Adam was supposed to
guard the garden from any foreigners from invading it. He failed on
that.
Verse nine
9 ...lest
you forget
ta-the words which your eyes,
they have seen,...
The Hebrew word for thing is "dah-bahr"- Dalet, Bet, Resh (rbd).
It is from Strong's Concordance number 1697. This Hebrew word is also
commonly translated as "word".
Commonly, it is translated as "things", but looking at it in a Hebraic
Biblical perspective, things are words manifested in the physical
realm, whether is through actions, or in physical forms, like creating
something, as hwhy
did in the very beginning. Taking this alternate
translation, we can say in the phrase "lest we forget "the Living
Word"'
who is "Yeshua, the Word made Flesh". We
do not want to let our guard down from the Word, or from "the Living
Word", and guard Yeshua, the Living Word, in our hearts.
Verse nine
9 ...and lest they turn away (depart) from
your heart all of the days of your life:...
Yeshua used the parable of the seed as the Word of Elohim and some fell
by the
wayside, but fear came up and the Word was removed from them, which is
noted in the Gospel of Matthew
Matthew 13:19
When any one
heareth the Word of the Kingdom, and understandeth it not, then cometh
the wicked one, and catcheth [take] away that which was sown in his
heart. This is he which received seed by the way side.
In one aspect, to guard the Word is a means to understand the Word and
to keep
the Word. If one doesn't understand it, how can the Word be guarded?
For us as believers in the Messiah, that
is how
the enemy HaSatan comes in, and takes the Word away from us.
Verse
twelve
12 And hwhy
spoke to you
from the
midst of the fire: you
heard the sound of Words, and you
were not
seeing an image [(a form, a shape, a likeness)]; except a Voice,
This Voice is noted
in the book of Kings
1 Kings 19:11
And he said, Go
forth, and stand upon the mountain before hwhy. And,
behold, hwhy passed by,
and a great and
strong wind rent the mountains, and brake in pieces the rocks
before hwhy;
but hwhy was not in
the wind: and
after the wind an earthquake; but hwhy was not in
the earthquake:
12 And after the earthquake a fire; but hwhy was not in
the fire: and
after the fire a Still Small Voice.
Elijah
was at Mount Sinai, today Jebal al Lawz, in northeastern Saudi Arabia,
while
escaping from the death threat of Queen
Jezebel. hwhy
was showing to Him
that He does not speak through violent sources, but a Still Small
Voice, like hwhy
did at Mount Sinai
during the Israelites' stay during their journey in the wilderness.
Today, when we as believers accepted Yeshua as our Messiah, and even
those yet to
accept Yeshua, we hear that "Still Small Voice", via the Ruakh HaKodesh
(the Holy Spirit), speaking to us in our hearts.
Indirectly related, we as believers have never seen Yeshua in his
physical being, and yet we believe
Him, and in Him and we hear His Voice. Yeshua said these things to His
disciples by those who haven't seeing Him but yet believe in Him
without seeing Him, which is noted in the Gospel of John
John 20:29 Yeshua saith unto
him, Thomas, because thou hast seen Me, thou hast believed: blessed are
they that have not seen, and yet have believed.
Supplementing, this is what the apostle Paul noted in his letter to the
assembly in
Corinth
2 Corinthians 5:7 (For we walk by faith, not by
sight:)
Also, Yeshua
emphasized those to hear His Voice, which is noted in the Gospel of John
John 10:16 And other Sheep I have, which are not of this
fold: them also I must bring, and they shall hear My Voice; and there
shall be One Fold, and One Shepherd.
John 10:27 My Sheep
hear My Voice, and I know them, and they follow Me:
John 18:37 Pilate
therefore said unto him, Art thou a king then? Yeshua answered, Thou
sayest that I am a King. To this end was I born, and for this cause
came I into the world, that I should bear witness unto the Truth. Every
one that is of the Truth heareth My Voice.
Monte
Judah of Lion and Lamb
Ministries noted this verse, which is noted by the
apostle Paul's letter to the assembly in Rome
Romans 10:17 So then
faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the Word of hwhy.
Verses fifteen through ninteen
15 And you guard
(keep, observe) much
for your
souls; for you did not see any image (form, shape, likeness) in
the day hwhy
spoke to you in
Horeb
from the midst of the Fire: 16 lest you become corrupt, and you did (make)
for you a
vessel image (carved image) of an image [(a form, a
shape, a likeness)] of any
small idol, the image (form, shape)
of a remembered one (male) or a perforated one (punctured one, female),
17 a figure (model, structure) of any animal which is on
the Earth, of a figure (model, structure) of any winged bird which she
flies in the Heavens, 18 a figure (model, structure) of any creeper (crawler) on
the ground,
a figure (model, structure) of any fish which is in the
waters from under the Earth: 19 and
lest you lift up (bear) your eyes to the Heavens, and
you see ta-the sun,
and ta-the moon,
and ta-the stars,
all of the army (host) of
the Heavens, and you are pushed away, and you bow to them, and you
serve them,
which hwhy, your Elohim,
had apportioned (separated) them to
all of the peoples under all of the Heavens.
This was also implied in verse twenty five of this week's Torah portion
chapter
25 When you birth sons and sons of sons, and you have remained (slacked)
in
the
land, and you shall
be corrupted, and you
shall do (make) a vessel image (carved image) of a image (form, shape,
likeness) of anything, and you
shall do the evil (evilness) [(that is evil)] in the Eyes of hwhy, your
Elohim, to provoke Him [(to make Him indignant)]:
This was also applied in the Brith Khadashah (the New Covenant), which
was noted by the
apostle Paul in his letter to the assembly in Rome
Romans 1:18 For the Wrath
of hwhy is revealed from Heaven
against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth
in unrighteousness; 19 Because that which may be known of hwhy is manifest in them;
for hwhy hath shewed it unto them. 20
For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are
clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his
eternal power and Elohimhead; so that they are without excuse:
21 Because that, when they knew hwhy, they glorified Him not as
Elohim, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations,
and their foolish heart was darkened. 22 Professing themselves to
be wise, they became fools, 23 And changed the
Glory of the uncorruptible Elohim into an image made like to
corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping
things.
hwhy
emphasizes not to
make images of idols of any sorts. This would be an act of replacing
the "acts" of the "unseen" hwhy.
In society, past
and present, those who do not believe in hwhy,
want to idolize
people or images, especially in today's techno society.
This to me would be a perfect comparison to this week's Torah portion
passage, which is noted in the apostle Paul's letter to the assembly in
Phillipi
Philippians 2:5 Let this
mind be in you, which was also in Messiah Yeshua: 6 Who, being in
the form of Elohim, thought it not robbery to be equal with Elohim:
7 But made Himself of no reputation, and took upon Him the Form of
a Servant, and was made in the likeness of men: 8 And being found
in fashion as a Man, He humbled Himself, and became obedient unto
death, even the death of the cross. 9 Wherefore Elohim also hath
highly exalted Him, and given Him a Name which is above every name:
10 That at the name of Yeshua every knee should bow, of things in
the Heavens, and things in Earth, and things under the Earth;
11 And that every tongue should confess that Yeshua Messiah is
Adon, to the glory of Elohim the Father.
Verse twenty
20 And hwhy took you,
and brought you out
from the iron furnace, from Egypt, to be to Him for a People
of Inheritance as this day.
There is another account that hwhy
delivered faithful
men from a furnace, which is noted in the book of the prophet Daniel
Daniel 3:1
Nebuchadnezzar the
king made an image of gold, whose height was threescore cubits, and the
breadth thereof six cubits: he set it up in the plain of Dura, in the
province of Babylon. 2 Then Nebuchadnezzar, the king, sent to
gather
together the princes, the governors, and the captains, the judges, the
treasurers, the counsellors, the sheriffs, and all the rulers of the
provinces, to come to the dedication of the image which Nebuchadnezzar
the king had set up. 3 Then the princes, the governors, and
captains, the judges, the treasurers, the counsellors, the sheriffs,
and all the rulers of the provinces, were gathered together unto the
dedication of the image that Nebuchadnezzar, the king, had set up; and
they stood before the image that Nebuchadnezzar had set up.
4 Then
an herald cried aloud, To you it is commanded, O people, nations, and
languages, 5 That at what time ye hear the sound of the cornet, flute,
harp, sackbut, psaltery, dulcimer, and all kinds of musick, ye fall
down and worship the golden image that Nebuchadnezzar, the king, hath
set
up: 6 And whoso falleth not down and worshippeth shall the same hour be
cast into the midst of a burning fiery furnace. 7 Therefore at
that time, when all of the people heard the sound of the cornet, flute,
harp, sackbut, psaltery, and all kinds of musick, all the people, the
nations, and the languages, fell down and worshipped the golden image
that Nebuchadnezzar, the king, had set up. 8 Wherefore at that
time
certain Chaldeans came near, and accused the Jews. 9 They spake and
said to the king Nebuchadnezzar, O king, live for ever.
10 Thou, O
king, hast made a decree, that every man that shall hear the sound of
the cornet, flute, harp, sackbut, psaltery, and dulcimer, and all kinds
of musick, shall fall down and worship the golden image: 11 And whoso
falleth not down and worshippeth, that he should be cast into the midst
of a burning fiery furnace. 12 There are certain Jews whom thou hast
set over the affairs of the province of Babylon, Shadrach, Meshach, and
Abednego; these men, O king, have not regarded thee: they serve not thy
elohim, nor worship the golden image which thou hast set up. 13 Then
Nebuchadnezzar in his rage and fury commanded to bring Shadrach,
Meshach, and Abednego. Then they brought these men before the king. 14
Nebuchadnezzar spake and said unto them, Is it true, O Shadrach,
Meshach, and Abednego, do not ye serve my elohim, nor worship the
golden
image which I have set up? 15 Now if ye be ready that at what time ye
hear the sound of the cornet, flute, harp, sackbut, psaltery, and
dulcimer, and all kinds of musick, ye fall down and worship the image
which I have made; well: but if ye worship not, ye shall be cast the
same hour into the midst of a burning fiery furnace; and who is that
Elohim that shall deliver you out of my hands? 16 Shadrach, Meshach,
and
Abednego, answered and said to the king, O Nebuchadnezzar, we are not
careful to answer thee in this matter. 17 If it be so, our Elohim whom
we
serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, and he will
deliver us out of thine hand, O king. 18 But if not, be it known unto
thee, O king, that we will not serve thy elohim, nor worship the golden
image which thou hast set up. 19 Then was Nebuchadnezzar full
of
fury, and the form of his visage was changed against Shadrach, Meshach,
and Abednego: therefore he spake, and commanded that they should heat
the furnace one seven times more than it was wont to be heated. 20 And
he commanded the most mighty men that were in his army to bind
Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, and to cast them into the burning
fiery furnace. 21 Then these men were bound in their coats, their
hosen, and their hats, and their other garments, and were cast into the
midst of the burning fiery furnace. 22 Therefore because the king's
commandment was urgent, and the furnace exceeding hot, the flame of the
fire slew those men that took up Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego. 23
And these three men, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, fell down bound
into the midst of the burning fiery furnace. 24 Then Nebuchadnezzar,
the
king, was astonied, and rose up in haste, and spake, and said unto his
counsellors, Did not we cast three men bound into the midst of the
fire? They answered and said unto the king, True, O king.
25 He
answered and said, Lo, I see four men loose, walking in the midst of
the fire, and they have no hurt; and the Form of the fourth is like the
Son of Elohim. 26 Then Nebuchadnezzar came near to the mouth of the
burning fiery furnace, and spake, and said, Shadrach, Meshach, and
Abednego, ye servants of the Most High Elohim, come forth, and come
hither. Then Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, came forth of the midst
of the fire. 27 And the princes, governors, and captains, and the
king's counsellors, being gathered together, saw these men, upon whose
bodies the fire had no power, nor was an hair of their head singed,
neither were their coats changed, nor the smell of fire had passed on
them. 28 Then Nebuchadnezzar spake, and said, Blessed be the Elohim of
Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, who hath sent his angel, and delivered
his servants that trusted in him, and have changed the king's word, and
yielded their bodies, that they might not serve nor worship any elohim,
except their own Elohim. 29 Therefore I make a decree, That every
people,
nation, and language, which speak any thing amiss against the Elohim of
Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, shall be cut in pieces, and their
houses shall be made a dunghill: because there is no other Elohim that
can
deliver after this sort. 30 Then the king promoted Shadrach,
Meshach, and Abednego, in the province of Babylon.
hwhy proved
Himself
as the same one who deliverd the Israelites from the iron furnace, but
He revealed Himself in this account as "the Fourth Man". This fourth
man was, and is Yeshua, who has also spiritually saved "us" from the
iron furnace of this world.
Verse twenty four
24 For hwhy, your Elohim,
is a Consuming Fire, He is a jealous El [(El Jealous)].
hwhy will be
a Consuming Fire if anyone forgets the Covenant in their residency in
the land. He proved that earlier in the Torah during Israel's travels,
which was during the time of Korah's Rebelion, which is noted in the
Torah portion of Korakh, in the book of Numbers
Numbers 16:31 And was, as
he finished to speak ta
all
of these words, and the Ground
which was under them, she rent (ripped, broke, breached, cleaved open):
32 And the Earth,
she opened (uttered) ta-her mouth,
and she swallowed (devoured)
them up, and
ta-their
houses (households), and ta
all of the Adam
which were for
[(were to, belonged to)] Korah, and ta
all
of their goods (property, substance). 33 And they descended (went
down), they and
all which belonged to
them,
alive to Sheol, and the Earth,
she covered (concealed, closed up) over
(upon)
them: and
they
perished
from the midst of the Assembly. 34 And all of Israel which were all
around
them,
they
fled by their cry: for they said, Lest (Facing,) the Earth,
she swallows
(devours)
us!
35 And
fire came out from ta hwhy, and she
consumed ta
the fifty
and
two hundred men from (with) bringing near the incense.
Moses wouldn't have
said this week's Torah portion passage if hwhy didn't prove it.
Verse twenty nine through thirty-one
This week's Torah portion passage ties in to what Yeshua said, which is
noted in the Gospel of Matthew
Matthew 7:7 Ask,
and it
shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be
opened unto you: 8 For every one that asketh receiveth; and he
that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.
Ending, this week's Torah portion passage can be compared to what we
are going through today and what is going on in our society today, as
of late July 2020.

inheritance as this day. 39 And you shall know today, and you shall
dwell to your heart, for hwhy, He is the
Elohim in the Heavens from above, and upon the Earth from underneath:
is none still.
Indirectly
related, an example of remembrance occurred in Oberammergau,
in Bavaria, Germany, who survived the Bubonic plague in 1632-33. This
is what the Wikipedia website saysregarding this location:
"In
1633, the
residents of Oberammergau, Bavaria, Germany, vowed that if God spared
them from the bubonic plague ravaging the region, they would produce a
play thereafter for all time depicting the life and death of Jesus.
The death rate among adults rose from one person per 1000 per year in
October 1632 to twenty in the month of March 1633. The adult death rate
slowly subsided to one in the month of July 1633. The villagers
believed they had been spared and they kept their part of the vow when
the play was first performed in 1634.
The
play is now
performed repeatedly over the course of five months during every year
ending in zero. 102 performances took place from 15 May until 3 October
2010 and is next scheduled for 2020".
They
perform
the work "Oberammergau Passion Play", an act of their rememberance to
their vow to hwhy every
decade, and hwhy
honors it. This
Toraically relates to Moses saying to them to the Israelites seeing
what was done at Baal Peor.
Another example is
that there
is a
movie about George Washington, and one scene takes place at the battle
of Monmouth,
during the Revolutionary War, in
1778. Colonel Lee and his men were in retreat, for unnecessary means,
and Washington stopped him and his men from retreating any more. He
rallied Lee's men and gave them inspiration, and I remembered this
phrase in the movie that when Washington told Lee's men that what they
would
do in defeating the British, they would tell this battle experience "to
their children and to their children's children".
One of my ancestors
was Roger Clap (1609-1691), who was from Dorchester,
Massachusetts.
He wrote
a book of his memoirs about his life events as well as giving Godly
advice
for his children and for his descendants. Though we are beyond the
revelation he provided, it gives a reminder that we are descendants
of righteous people.
For those who are interested, this is my ancestor's account titled
"Memoirs of Roger Clap". Just right click and choose "Save as". For
those who are known to be descendants of Roger Clap, it is a blessing,
as well as seeing how far we came in this nation, as well as in our
walk with Yeshua.
MEMOIRS
OF ROGER CLAP, 1630 (1844)
Another example relating to verse thirty five in this week's Torah
portion passage is when
John, the Immerser, while in prison, sent
messengers to Yeshua to ask Him if He was the Messiah or should he look
for someone else, which is noted in the Gospel of Matthew
Matthew
11:2 Now
when John
had heard in the prison the Works of Messiah, he sent two of his
disciples, 3 And said unto Him, Art Thou He that should come, or do we
look for another? 4 Yeshua answered and said unto them, Go
and shew
John again those things which ye do hear and see: 5 The
blind
receive their sight, and the lame walk, the lepers are cleansed, and
the deaf hear, the dead are raised up, and the poor have the gospel
preached to them.
6 And blessed is he, whosoever shall not be
offended in Me.
Yeshua
did not say
to John "Yes John. I am the One
whom you are looking for", but it was His actions that He said who the
person is, and
not the person in bodily form. That is why
hwhy
says not to make idols of any sorts. They are bodily forms and not
actions. The Hebraic Roots/Messianic teachers noted that the Hebrew
language is a language of
"action".
Even Yeshua noted this to Thomas when Yeshua visited His disciples
after He was resurrected, which is noted in the Gospel of John
John
20:26 And after
eight
days again His disciples were within, and Thomas with them: then came
Yeshua, the doors being shut, and stood in the midst, and said, Peace
be unto you. 27 Then saith He to Thomas, Reach hither thy
finger,
and behold My Hands; and reach hither thy hand, and thrust it into My
Side: and be not faithless, but believing. 28 And Thomas answered and
said unto Him, My Lord and my Elohim. 29 Yeshua saith unto him, Thomas,
because
thou hast seen me, thou hast believed: blessed are they that have not
seen, and yet have believed.
In other words, do
not focus on the image, but on the acts. That is why Moses said in
verses forty five and forty nine of this week's Torah portion chapter
that He is "the Elohim", in the
Hebrew, Ha-Elohim (myhlah).
It has a "Heh"
before "Elohim", meaning that He is "the" one and "the" only living
Elohim, and
there
is no one else like Him.
That
is why today,
we as believers in Messiah do not know what Yeshua looks like.
Throughout
the
Gospels, the Jews kept asking Yeshua who He was, or is. Yeshua only
revealed
Himself to two people: The man that was blind at the pool of Bethesda,
and the Samaritan woman at the well of Jacob in Shechem.
Besides His disciples, Yeshua did reveal Himself to the Jewish People
that He was the Messiah by His Acts. His mission was not to say to the
world that
He is the Messiah. That
was what HaSatan wanted Him to do, when Yeshua was tempted in the
wilderness for forty days, by one of the tests, tempting Yeshua to
throw Himself down
from the top of the Temple and having the angels catching Him. That
would make the Jews "see" that He was the Messiah and worship Him, but
it would have been only in bodily form, and not through His Miraculous
Acts.
Verse forty
40 And you
shall guard (keep, observe) ta-His Statutes, and ta-His Commandments which I
am with commanding you today which shall be good to you and to your
sons
after you, and by that, you may lenghten days upon the Ground,
which hwhy, your Elohim,
is givng to you all of the days.
In connection to the rememberance of the
Commandments, looking at this account of king Josiah, which is noted in
the book of the Chronicles
2 Kings 22:8
And Hilkiah, the High Priest, said unto Shaphan, the Scribe, I have
found ta-the Book of
the Torah in the House
of hwhy.
And
Hilkiah gave the book to
Shaphan, and he read It. 9 And Shaphan, the Scribe, came to ta-the
king, and
brought the king
word again, and said, Thy servants have gathered ta-the
silver
that was found in the House, and have delivered it into the hand of
them that do the work,
that have the oversight of the House of hwhy.
10
And Shaphan the scribe
shewed the king, saying, Hilkiah, the Priest, hath delivered me a Book.
And Shaphan read it before the king. 11 And it came to pass, when the
king had heard ta-the Words of
the Scroll of the Torah, that he rent ta-his
clothes.
12 And the king
commanded ta-Hilkiah,
the Priest, and ta
Ahikam,
son of Shaphan, and ta-Achbor, son
of Michaiah, and ta
Shaphan,
the Scribe, and ta
Asahiah,
a servant of the king's,
saying, 13 Go ye, enquire of ta-hwhy
for
me, and for the People, and
for all of Judah, concerning the Words of this Scroll that is found:
for
great is the Wrath of hwhy that is
kindled against us,
because our fathers have not hearkened unto the Words of this Scroll,
to
do according unto all that which is written concerning us.
The Southern
House of Judah forgot the Torah for a long time, until it was "found"
under King Josiah's rule. Josiah's name in Hebrew is Yoshiah, which
means
"founded of Yah". King Josiah, brought the Torah back to
remembrance to the People of the Kingdom of Judah.

which I speak

and you may learn
them, and you will
guard (keep, observe) to do them. 2 hwhy, our Elohim,

us, we are these here the day (today), all of us alive. 4 hwhy spoke with
you Faces among faces in

from the midst of the Fire, 5 I stood between hwhy and between
you in that

to the declaring to you
ta-the Word
of hwhy: for you
were afraid from
the face of the Fire, and you
did not acesend on the mountain; to say,
6 I am hwhy, your Elohim,
which brought you out from the land of Egypt, from the house of bondage
(slavery).

elohim upon (over) My Face. 8 You shall not do (make)
for
yourself a vessel image (carved image) of any image (form, shape),
which is

and
the which

(worship) to
them, and you shall not serve
them: for I, hwhy, your Elohim,
am a Jealous El [(am El Jealous)],
visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the sons, and upon the
threes, and upon the fours for hating Me, 10 and
doing (making) kindness to thousands for loving Me and for keeping (guarding,
observing) My
Commandments.
11 You shall not bear (carry,

Name of ta-hwhy your Elohim
for vanity (uselessness, nought):
for hwhy will not

nought acts)].
12 Guard (Keep, Observe) ta-the day of the Shabbath
to sanctify
him, as the which hwhy, your Elohim,
had commanded.
13 Six days you shall serve (labor), and you shall do all of
your work: 14 And
the day of the
seventh shall be a Shabbath to hwhy, your
Elohim: you shall not
do any work, you, and your son, and your daughter, and your male
servant, and your female servant, and your ox, and your donkey, and any
of your animals, and your sojourner (stranger) which is in your
gates; by
that,
your male servant and your female servant, as (like) you, shall rest.
15 And
you will remember for you were a slave (bond one) in the land of
Egypt,
and hwhy, your Elohim,
brought you out from
there on a Strong Hand and on an Outstretched Arm: upon thus, hwhy, your Elohim,
commanded you to do ta-the day of the Shabbath.
16 Honor (Give weight at) ta-your father
and ta-your mother,
as the which hwhy, your Elohim,
commanded you; by that, your days, they shall be lenghtened, and by
that, shall be good to
you
upon the Ground which hwhy, your Elohim,
is giving to you.
17 You shall not murder.
18 And you shall not commit
adultery [(not adulterate)].
19 And you shall not steal.
20 And you shall
not eye-account (testify) against your neighbor of a false (vain, useless, nought) witness (testimony).
21 And you shall not covet (delight, desire) the
wife of your neighbor, and you shall not lust (be longing) at the
house of your neighbor, his field, and his
male servant, and his female servant, his ox, and his donkey, and
anything
which belongs to your neighbor.
22 hwhy spoke ta-these Words to all of your Assembly on
the mountain from the midst of the Fire, the Cloud, and the Gloom
of a
Great Voice: and did not add. And wrote them upon two
tablets of stones, and gave them to me. 23 And ta-the Voice was in your hearing
from the midst of
the Darkness (Thickness), and
the mountain was kindling (fueling, burning) in the Fire, and you came
near to
me, all
the heads of your
tribes, and your
Elders;
24 And you said,
Behold, hwhy, our Elohim,
showed (revealed) us ta-His Glory and ta-His Greatness, and we have
heard ta-His Voice from
the
midst of the Fire: this day, we have seen for Elohim spoke at ta-the Adam, and have the life
[(and
lived)]. 25 And timing, to why shall we die? For shall this
Great Fire,
she
should consume us?: If we are again to hear ta-the Voice
of hwhy, our Elohim, still, and we
shall die. 26 For who is of all flesh, which has heard the Voice
of the Living Elohim with speaking from the midst of the Fire, as we
have, and have the life [(and
lived)]? 27 Draw you near, and hear ta
all which hwhy, our Elohim,
shall say: and
you,
you shall
speak to us of ta
all which hwhy, our Elohim,
shall speak to
you; and we will hear, and we will do. 28 And hwhy heard ta-the voice of
your
words, in your
speaking to me; and hwhy
said to me, I have
heard
ta-the voice of
the words of
this People which they spoke to you: all which they spoke, they were
good. 29 Who shall give, and be of their
heart of this for them to revere (give awe, fear) Me, and to guard
(keep, observe) ta-all of My Commandments all
of the days, by that, shall be good to them, and to their sons
for
ages?
30 Go, say to them, Return by yourselves to your tents. 31 And
you,
stand
here with me [(?stand here at my standing?)], and I will speak to you ta
all of the Commandments, and
the
Statutes, and the Judgments [(Ordinances)], which you shall teach them,
and they will
do in the land which I am giving to
them to possess (occupy) her. 32 And you
shall guard (keep, observe) to do as the which hwhy, your Elohim,
commanded
you: you shall not
turn away (depart) rightward and smallward (leftward).
33 You shall walk in all of the ways which hwhy, your Elohim,
commanded
you, by that, you
shall
live and shall be good [(and goodness shall be)] to you,
and you will lengthen
your days in the land which you shall possess (occupy).

Mark
Biltz of El Shaddai
Ministries noted that the
Hebrew word for covenant is
"b'reeth"- Bet, Resh, Yod, Tav (tyrb),
but looking at the word in the Paleo-Hebrew pictoral form, this is the
defintion of the letters:
Bet: A house
Resh: A head
Yod: A nail
Tav: A cross
Put the picture letters together they say a phrase
"From the house was a head that
was
nailed to the cross"
This is a pictoral representaion and story of Yeshua, who is "the
Covenant" that came down from the house of the Kingdom of Heaven, who
was part of the Elohimhead, and was nailed to the cross. If we removed
the
Covenant manifested, by saying, "The Torah was done away with", we are
kidding ourselves. Looking at this verse from the King James Version of
the apostle Paul's letter to the assembly in Rome
Romans 10:4 For the Messiah is
the end of the Torah for righteousness to every one that believeth.
Mark Biltz noted that this was wrongly translated. And revealed this
Looking at the word END
The Greek word for end is
"telos" (teloj).
It is fron Strong's concordance number 5056, and its definition
From
a primary word τέλλω tellō (to set
out for a definite point or goal); properly the point aimed at as a
limit, that is, (by implication) the conclusion of an act or state
(termination [literally, figuratively or indefinitely], result
[immediate, ultimate or prophetic], purpose); specifically an impost or
levy (as paid): - + continual, custom, end (-ing), finally, uttermost.
Compare G5411.
What Mark Biltz was revealing to us, is the correct translation should
be "goal". This is what this verse should be translated
Romans 10:4 For the Messiah is
the goal
of the Torah for righteousness to every one that believeth.
This is what Yeshua said to the Jews, which is noted in the Gospel of
John
John 5:45 Do not think
that I will accuse you to the Father: there is one that accuseth you,
even Moses, in whom ye trust. 46 For had ye
believed Moses, ye would have believed Me: for he wrote of Me.
47 But if ye believe not his writings, how shall ye believe My
Words?
We have to look to Yeshua, "the Goal" of the Torah, which has been
wrongly mislead by some pastors in the Christian churches by teaching
"Replacement Theology", and preaching that the Torah was done away
with, and the mantle was taken away from the Jews, who has the Torah,
to the church. This is empatically wrong, and needs to be corrected.
Here is
the matter. Yes, we cannot observe the Torah by itself, by ourselves,
for the sake of the Torah, in our own strength, because we would fail
in our own will power. But when we receive Yeshua, "the Living
Torah" made Flesh, as our Lord and Savior, He is the one who gives us
strength via the Ruakh HaKodesh (the Holy Spirit) to help us follow and
honor the Torah, through Yeshua the Messiah, the "Goal" of the Torah,
as a means to please Him and His Word, as well as pleasing Yeshua as
the Living Word in our hearts. Thank you Mark.

This chapter is
similar to the Torah portion of Yithro, in the book of Exodus, in

made exhaustive commentaries and explanations there. You will not be

TORAH
PORTION YITHRO
Verse twenty nine
29 Who shall give, and be of
their
heart of this for them to revere (give awe, fear) Me, and to guard
(keep, observe) ta-all of My Commandments all
of the days, by that, shall be good to them, and to their sons
for
ages?
This is how the King James Version translates this verse:
(KJV) Deuteronomy 5:29 O that
there were such an heart in them, that they would fear me, and keep all
my commandments always, that it might be well with them, and with their
children for ever!
In my translation, it implies "who" will give and be their hearts to
them. The Hebrew word for who is "mee"- Mem, Yod (ym),
as in "Mi kamocha", which translated as "Who is like you". In my
opinion, this would make
sense, because it would be implied
by the Prophet Jeremiah, which is noted in his book
Jeremiah 31:31 Behold, the
days come, saith hwhy, that I will make a New
Covenant with the House of Israel, and with the House of Judah:
32 Not according to the Covenant that I made with their fathers in
the day that I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of
Egypt; which My Covenant they brake, although I was an Husband unto
them, saith hwhy: 33 But this shall be
the Covenant that I will make with the House of Israel; After those
days, saith hwhy, I will put My Torah in
their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be for
Elohim, and they shall be My People. 34 And they shall teach no
more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying,
Know hwhy: for they shall all know Me,
from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith hwhy: for I will forgive their
iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more.
This is Yeshua, the New Covenant, who is also the Living Word, the
Living Torah, who lives in our hearts as believers in the Messiah.
Yeshua followed the Torah and He is the One gave of Himself and be of
our hearts, and keeping the Commandments through us always, that it
might be well with us and our children for ages.

Verse
thirty two
32 And you
shall guard (keep, observe) to do as the which hwhy, your Elohim,
commanded
you: you shall not
turn away (depart) rightward and smallward (leftward).
hwhy spoke
this to Joshua, which is noted in the book of Joshua
Joshua 1:7 Only
be thou
strong and very courageous, that thou mayest observe to do according to
all of the Torah, which Moses, My servant, commanded thee: turn not from
it
to the right hand or to the left, that thou mayest prosper
whithersoever thou goest. 8 This Scroll of the Torah shall not depart
out
of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou
mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then
thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good
success.
King Solomon also based this week's Torah portion passage, which is
noted in the book of Proverbs
Proverbs 4:26
Ponder the path
of thy feet, and let all thy ways be established. 27 Turn not to the
right hand nor to the left: remove thy foot from evil.
We as belivers in the Messiah are not to turn our feet either to the
right or to the left in our
walk with Yeshua.

Deuteronomy
6:1-25
Deu 6:1 And
this is
the Commandment, the Statutes, and the Judgments (Ordinances), which hwhy, your Elohim,
commanded to have you

are going over to there there to

Elohim, to guard (keep, observe) ta-all of His Statutes and His
Commandments, which I commanded you, you, and your
son, and the son of your son, all the days of your life; and by that,
your days

you, and the which, you will multiply (increase) much,
as the which hwhy, Elohim of
your fathers, has
spoken to you,
at the land flowing with fatness (milk) and thickness (honey) [(fatness
and thickness, milk and honey)].
4 Hear, Israel: hwhy our Elohim, hwhy is One:
5 and you shall
love ta-hwhy, your Elohim, in all of your
heart, and in all of your soul, and in all of your might.
6 And
they shall be these words which I command you upon your heart the day
(today):
7 and you shall
sharpen (pierce, prick, point)
them to your sons, and shall speak on
them in your dwelling in your house, and in your walking in the way,
and in your laying down, and in your rising. 8 And you shall
bind
them for a Sign upon your hand, and they shall be for Frontlets between
your eyes, 9 and you shall write them upon the doorposts on your

shall bring
you [(have you come)] to the land which was sworn to your fathers,
to
Abraham,

and goodly cities which
you have not built, 11 and houses full of all goodness which you have
not filled, and dugged (masoned, carved) bored-wells which you did not

olive trees which you did not plant; and you shall eat, and you shall
be satisfied;
12 Guard (Keep, Observe, Be aware) to yourself, lest you

brought you out from the
land of Egypt, from the house of bondage (slavery). 13 You shall revere
(give awe, fear) ta-hwhy, your
Elohim, and Him you
shall serve, and you shall swear on His Name. 14 You shall
not
go after other elohim, from the elohim of the peoples which are all

you; 15 for hwhy, your Elohim,
is a Jealous El [(El Jealous)] in your
nearness,
lest the Anger of hwhy, your Elohim, shall glow
against you,
and
shall destroy (desolate) you from upon the face of the Ground.
16 You shall not tempt (test) ta-hwhy, your

had tempted (tested) in the Massah. 17 Guarding
(Keeping, Observing), you
shall guard (keep, observe) ta-the Commandments
of hwhy, your
Elohim, and His Testimonies (Witnesses), and His Statutes, which have
been
commanded you.
18 And you
shall do the uprightness and the goodness in the Eyes of hwhy: by that,
shall be good to
you,
and you shall go, and you shall possess (occupy) ta-the Good Land which hwhy
swore to your fathers,
19 to drive out (push out) ta-all of your
enemies from your
faces, as the which hwhy had

that, to bring us, to
give to us ta-the land
which was

us to do ta-all of these Statutes to
revere (give awe, fear) ta-hwhy, our Elohim,
for goodness to us all of the days, to keep us alive, as this day, 25

Verses
four and five
4 Hear, Israel: hwhy our Elohim, hwhy is One:
5 and you shall
love ta-hwhy, your Elohim, in all of your
heart, and in all of your soul, and in all of your might.
It emphasizes that He is both Elohim
and One, or United.
Rico Cortes, Brad Scott, Bill Cloud, Eddie Chumney, Monte Judah, Mark
Biltz, and other Messianic/Hebraic Roots teachers have revealed the
Hebrew text of verse four have two
enlarged Hebrew letters
Those two Hebrew letters are Ayin and Dalet. Put the two letters
together and it makes the word "ahd" (de),
and it translates as
"witness". This Witness is "Yeshua".
David showed his love for hwhy, which is noted in
the book of Psalms
Psalms
18:1 To the
chief Musician, A Psalm of David, the servant of hwhy,
who
spake unto hwhy ta-the
words of this song in the
day that hwhy
delivered him from the hand of
all of his enemies, and from the hand of Saul: And he said, I will love
Thee, hwhy,
my Strength.
When I hear the Messianic congregations sing the "Shema" every
Shabbath.
I always expected them to sing verse five, but instead they sing
"Barookh sheym k'vod, malkhooto, l'olam va'eyd". When they sing the
second
part, I replace it with verse five.
SAVAE recorded an ancient tune, titled Shema Israel, and it is
published on YouTube. Click on the image below to to get the webpage.
Verses six and seven
6 And
they shall be these words which I command you upon your heart the day
(today):
7 and you shall
sharpen (pierce, prick, point)
them to your sons, and shall speak on
them in your dwelling in your house, and in your walking in the way,
and in your laying down, and in your rising.
Looking at the word SHARPEN
(PIERCE, PRICK, POINT)
The Hebrew word for sharpen
(pierce, prick, point) is
"Shah-nahn"- Shin, Nun, Nun Sophit (Nns).
It is from Strong's Concordance number 8150, and its definition
A
primitive root; to point (transitively or intransitively); intensively
to pierce; figuratively to inculcate: - prick, sharp (-en), teach
diligently, whet.
Verse eight
8 And you shall
bind
them for a Sign upon your hand, and they shall be for Frontlets between
your eyes,
This
compares
with the account, which is noted in the Torah portion of Bo, in the
book of Exodus
Exodus 13:8 And you shall tell
(declare, explain) to
your
son in that
day, to say, In order (In over) hwhy did this for me in my coming
out from Egypt. 9 And shall be to you for a Sign upon your
hand, and for a Memorial between your eyes, by that, the Teaching
(Torah) of hwhy, she will be in your
mouth: for on a Strong Hand hwhy brought you out from Egypt.
10 And you shall guard (keep, observe, watch) ta-this Statute to her Appointed
Time from days to days.
The reason hwhy said this,
because it is an act of our protection, including us in Messiah, from
the enemy, HaSatan. This was applied in the Exodus passage regarding
Passover. hwhy mentions how
HaSatan is going
to "countefeit" the sign on the hand and a Memorial as frontlets
between the eyes, which is noted by the apostle John, in the book of
Revelation
Revelation 13:11 And I beheld
another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a
lamb, and he spake as a dragon. 12 And he exerciseth all
the power of the first beast before him, and causeth the earth and them
which dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was
healed. 13 And he doeth great wonders, so that he maketh fire come
down from the heavens on the earth in the sight of men, 14 And
deceiveth
them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he
had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on
the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the
wound by a sword, and did live. 15 And he had power to give life unto
the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak,
and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast
should be killed. 16 And he causeth
all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a
mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: 17 And that no man
might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast,
or the number of his name. 18 Here is wisdom. Let him that
hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number
of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.
HaSatan "counterfeited" Yeshua as the "Counterfeit passover lamb", as
noted in this Revelation passage, but HaSatan did this, because he knew
that it would result in their eternal deaths. It is my humble opinion
that the mark will be either a chip, a tattoo, or a patch that could be
placed outside or inside the hand or the forehead. I will be exampling
more of this shortly.
In one aspect, this revelation has become more aware that the "World
Wide Web" is abreviated as "www", but in the Hebrew those letters are
"Vav, Vav,
Vav". The number of the Hebrew letter Vav is the number "six", which
replacing the Hebrew letter would be "Six, Six, Six".
Brad Scott of Wildbrach
Ministry noted the Six, Six, Six issue, that in the Greek text
where it says "six, six, six", it is three
Greek letters: Khai, Xzee, and Stigma
xcj
Brad Scott of Wildbrach Ministry and Bill
Cloud of Shoreshim Ministries
noted that based on the Hebrew, the two outer letters
make up one word on the outside, while the letters in the middle make
up the account of the inner meaning of that word. A good example of
this is Pharaoh's name himself, spelled Peh, Resh, Ayin, Heh (herp). Brad Scott noted
by taking the
two
outer Hebrew letters of Pharaoh's name and we get "Peh" (hp), which is
translated as "mouth". Brad Scott and Bill Cloud continues by taking
the two Hebrew letters inside, and it makes the word
"Ra" (er), and this word
is
commonly translated as "evil". By that, the the Hebrew name of Pharaoh
is translated as "the Mouth of Evil". In this case,
of
these
three Greek letters, it will be a little different calculation. Brad
Scott revealed that the two outer letters, Khai and Stigma (x j) is the first
and last letters for the Greek version of the name of Messiah which is
"Christos" (xristoj). The Greek
word below shows the two Greek outer letters colored in green
xristoj
Brad continues noting that the middle letter "Xzee" (c) is a pictorial
representation of a "serpent standing upright". It is colored it in red
below
c
Brad stated that what these three letters together are saying is that
HaSatan, "the Serpent" will portray himself as "the False
Messiah", or "the Anti-Messiah", or as Yeshua would most likely call
"HaSatan", based on the
Gospel of Matthew
Matthew 7:15 Beware of
false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly
they are ravening wolves.
This is the result of the three Greek letters together with the same
colors
xcj
Looking at the two
elements in this week's Torah portion passage which hwhy said to place
them:
THE RIGHT HAND
Continuing, adding my two cents, glory be to you, hwhy, is that the
mark of the beast is to be placed on the hand, which the "right hand"
representing the
"strong hand", like Yeshua sitting at the right hand of the Father, as
Yeshua noted in the Gospel of Matthew
Matthew 26:64 Yeshua saith
unto him, Thou hast said: nevertheless I say unto you, Hereafter shall
ye see the Son of Man sitting on the Right Hand of Power, and coming in
the clouds of the heavens.
HaSatan wants to imitate that to be "the Counterfeit Right Hand"
or "the
False Oath" for a person's right hand, to the
world who does not believe in the Messiah, during the Seven Years
Tribulation of the Daniel's last week of the seventy weeks, by
taking away their "strength" and submitting their strength to HaSatan.
BETWEEN THE EYES
Also, the Memorial between the eyes is where our "spiritual
eye", also known as our "single eye" is located. When HaSatan wants the
mark to optionally be placed on the
forehead, HaSatan wants it to cover the spiritual single eye, because
that is
where the spiritual single eye is located. This act will
hinder or blind one's spiritual single eye from discerning and seeing
the
spiritual
truth regarding the true Messiah, and will cause one's spiritual single
eye to
be in
submission to HaSatan as well.
This mark of the beast will be used in financial transactions, whether
at stores or online. This is what the prophet Daniel noted in his book
Daniel 12:4 But thou, O
Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the
end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased.
The increase in knowledge is the "technology" that we have seen booming
since the 1990s, in which the world has now become a dominiant
"techno-society" instead of an agricultural society that had existed
throughout
human history.
Today, a computer has "touch screens". I would not
be surprised that the next step will be that monitors will have the
capability to
be programmed to scan the mark of the beast on their forehead (between
the eyes) or the right hand, to make a financial transaction without
going through the process without typing all the person's card
information and their personal information. Today's iPhones and android
phones have that capacity to scan their phone on the card machine at
the cashier registers. Just show the mark, and it
will be sufficient.
In December 2015, the banking card industry has just
added a "chip" to their cards. It is a thin plated chip, which they
say, is to provide more security, and people are now required to carry
these bank cards. This is just "one step shy" to putting a "chip" on
humans- most likely on the right hand or on the forehead. This
technology has gone stratospherically through the roof, at a lightning
speed rate. It will not be long before it is required on humans.
In 2016, a national news
network did a story on national news in which a company has the ability
to store health records in computer chips, and in New York City, some
people have now implanted those chips with their health records "in
their hand". To me, it proves to us that we are
nearing the sunset to start the Seven Years Tribulation.
In
July of 2017, a United
States company called Three Square Market in
Wisconsin became the first to offer an option for their employees to
have the micro chip in their hands to purchase in the company's break
room. The micro chip has already been applied in western European
countries. It won't be long before it will be "mandatory" for everyone
to have this "techno-mark" of the beast, which in my opinion is a
robotic image of the first beast.
One thing which I give hwhy the praise and
the glory,
revealed this to me, which is based in the Torah portion of B'reyshith,
in the book of Genesis
Genesis 1:26 And Elohim
said, We will do (make) Adam in Our Image according to Our
Likeness, and shall rule among
the fishes of
the Sea, and among the birds of
the Heavens, and among the animals, and among all of the Earth, and
among
all
creepers that
creep upon the Earth. 27
And Elohim created ta-the Adam in
His Image,
created him in the Image of
Elohim, created them a remembered one (male) and
a perforated one (punctured one, female).... 2:7 And hwhy Elohim
formed (fashioned, molded) ta-the Adam of
dust from the Ground, and blew
(puffed) in his nostrils the Breath (Blast) of Life, and
became the Adam of a
living soul.
In other words, HaSatan is "imitating" what hwhy did for Adam by
doing the similar thing in the end times to the second beast, which
could be to bring life to a "robot", or HaSatan could imitate the same
method by making a human being out of dirt and putting life into it.
It is my humble but strong opionion that the second beast that is given
life could
be a
robot.
During the Seven Years Tribulation period, there will be 144,000 people
who will bear the seal of hwhy, which is noted
in the apostle
John's book of Revelation
Revelation 7:2 And I saw
another angel ascending from the east, having the seal of the living
Elohim: and he cried with a loud voice to the four angels, to whom it
was given to hurt the earth and the sea, 3 Saying, Hurt not the earth,
neither the sea, nor the trees, till we have sealed the servants of our
Elohim in their foreheads. 4 And I heard the number of them which
were sealed: and there were sealed an hundred and forty and four
thousand of all of the tribes of the Sons of Israel.
In my humble opinion, the 144,000 marked during the seven years are not
the current believers alive on the earth, because there are more than
144,000 believers who are currently alive on the earth.
This is what happens to those who take on the mark of the beast during
the Seven Years Tribulation, which is noted by the apostle John's book
of Revelation
Revelation 14:9 And the third
angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worships the
beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his
hand, 10 The same shall drink of the Wine of the Wrath of hwhy, which is poured out without
mixture into the Cup of His Indignation; and he shall be tormented with
fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the
presence of the Lamb:
Revelation 9:1 And
the
fifth angel sounded, and I saw a star fall from the heavens unto the
earth:
and to him was given the key of the bottomless pit. 2 And he
opened the bottomless pit; and there arose a smoke out of the pit, as
the smoke of a great furnace; and the sun and the air were darkened by
reason of the smoke of the pit. 3 And there came out of the
smoke
locusts upon the earth: and unto them was given power, as the scorpions
of the earth have power. 4 And it was commanded them that they
should not hurt the grass of the earth, neither any green thing,
neither any tree; but only those men which have not the Seal
of hwhy in
their foreheads. 5 And to them it was given that they should
not
kill them, but that they should be tormented five months: and their
torment was as the torment of a scorpion, when he striketh a man.
6 And in those days shall men seek death, and shall not find
it;
and shall desire to die, and death shall flee from them. 7 And
the
shapes of the locusts were like unto horses prepared unto battle; and
on their heads were as it were crowns like gold, and their faces were
as the faces of men. 8 And they had hair as the hair of women, and
their teeth were as the teeth of lions. 9 And they had
breastplates, as it were breastplates of iron; and the sound of their
wings was as the sound of chariots of many horses running to battle.
10 And they had tails like unto scorpions, and there were
stings
in their tails: and their power was to hurt men five months.
Pray that those who are left on the earth, especially family members,
who are smart enough to not take this mark when this period begins.
Verse
nine
9 and you shall write them
upon the doorposts on your
house,
and on your gates.
Making note of this, there is nothing wrong having a Mezuzoth
item attached to the entrance frame, but I have a question for those
who do: "Is the Biblical text
exposed for everyone to see"? I expect the answer would be no. When
Moses
says to "write" it "on" the doorposts and gates, he meant to write the
text for everyone coming to your homes to see it as well. The Mezuzoth
should be added as an ornament accessory to the door, and I accept
that, but do not
let that be the main text, because the text is hidden "inside" and is
not visible. My Messianic brothers and sisters, we need to take time to
write Hebrew text, whether it is the Shema, and/or the Aaronic
Blessing, and/or
any scripture verse for edification, but write it. It is the
Commandment. I have already did it on the door post entrance to my home.
Verses ten and eleven
10 And shall be, when hwhy, your Elohim,
shall bring
you [(have you come)] to the land which was sworn to your fathers,
to
Abraham,
to Isaac, and to Jacob, to give to you great
and goodly cities which
you have not built, 11 and houses full of all goodness which you have
not filled, and dugged (masoned, carved) bored-wells which you did not
dig (masoned, carved), vineyards and
olive trees which you did not plant; and you shall eat, and you shall
be satisfied;
Wouldn't it be nice for us to return to the land all provided for us
like
it was for the Israelites back then. Will this be the same for us in
the future? This is what the apostle John noted in the book of
Revelation
Revelation 3:7 And to
the angel of the assembly in Philadelphia write; These things saith He
that is holy, He that is True, He that hath the Key of David, He that
openeth, and no man shutteth; and shutteth, and no man openeth;
8 I know thy works: behold, I have set before thee an open
door,
and no man can shut it: for thou hast a little strength, and hast kept
My Word, and hast not denied My Name. 9 Behold, I will make
them
of the synagogue of Satan, which say they are Jews, and are not, but do
lie; behold, I will make them to come and worship before thy feet, and
to know that I have loved thee. 10 Because thou hast kept the Word
of My Patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation,
which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the
earth. 11 Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which thou hast, that
no man take thy crown. 12 Him that overcometh will I make a pillar in
the Temple of My Elohim, and he shall go no more out: and I will write
upon him the Name of My Elohim, and
the Name of
the City of My Elohim, which is New Jerusalem, which cometh down out of
the heavens from My Elohim: and I
will write upon him My New Name.
Revelation
21:1 And I saw a new heavens and a new earth: for the first
heavens and the
first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea. 2 And
I
John saw the Holy City, new Jerusalem, coming down from hwhy out of Heaven, prepared as a
bride adorned for her husband. 3 And I heard a great voice out
of
heaven saying, Behold, the Tabernacle of hwhy is with
men, and he will
dwell with them, and they shall be His People, and hwhy Himself
shall be with them,
and be their Elohim. 4 And hwhy shall wipe
away all tears
from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor
crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are
passed away. 5 And He that sat upon the Throne said, Behold, I
make all things new. And He said unto me, Write: for these Words are
True and Faithful. 6 And He said unto me, It is done. I am
Aleph [Alpha]
and Tav [Omega], the Beginning and the End. I will give unto him that
is
athirst of the Fountain of the Water of Life freely. 7 He that
overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his Elohim, and he
shall be My son. 8 But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the
abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and
idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which
burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.
9 And
there came unto me one of the seven angels which had the seven vials
full of the seven last plagues, and talked with me, saying, Come
hither, I will shew thee the Bride, the Lamb's Wife. 10 And he
carried me away in the spirit to a great and high mountain, and shewed
me that Great City, the Holy Jerusalem, descending out of Heaven
from hwhy, 11 Having
the Glory of hwhy: and her
light was like unto
a stone most precious, even like a jasper stone, clear as crystal; 12
And had a wall great and high, and had twelve gates, and at the gates
twelve angels, and names written thereon, which are the names of the
twelve tribes of the Sons of Israel: 13 On the east three
gates; on the north three gates; on the south three gates; and on the
west three gates. 14 And the wall of the city had twelve
foundations, and in them the names of the twelve apostles of the Lamb.
15 And he that talked with me had a golden reed to measure the
City, and the gates thereof, and the wall thereof. 16 And the
city
lieth foursquare, and the length is as large as the breadth: and he
measured the City with the reed, twelve thousand furlongs. The length
and the breadth and the height of it are equal. 17 And he measured the
wall thereof, an hundred and forty and four cubits, according to the
measure of a man, that is, of the angel. 18 And the Building of the
wall of it was of jasper: and the City was pure gold, like unto clear
glass. 19 And the foundations of the wall of the City were garnished
with all manner of precious stones. The first foundation was jasper;
the second, sapphire; the third, a chalcedony; the fourth, an emerald;
20 The fifth, sardonyx; the sixth, sardius; the seventh,
chrysolite; the eighth, beryl; the ninth, a topaz; the tenth, a
chrysoprasus; the eleventh, a jacinth; the twelfth, an amethyst.
21 And the twelve gates were twelve pearls; every several gate
was
of one pearl: and the street of the City was pure gold, as it were
transparent glass. 22 And I saw no Temple therein:
for hwhy El Shaddai
and the Lamb are
the Temple of It. 23 And the City had no need of the sun, neither of
the moon, to shine in It: for the Glory of hwhy did lighten
it, and the Lamb
is the Light thereof. 24 And the nations of them which are saved shall
walk in the Light of it: and the kings of the earth do bring their
glory and honour into it. 25 And the gates of it shall not be shut at
all by day: for there shall be no night there. 26 And they shall bring
the glory and honour of the nations into it. 27 And there
shall in
no wise enter into it any thing that defileth, neither whatsoever
worketh abomination, or maketh a lie: but they which are written in the
Lamb's Book of Life.
In the end times, the answer is yes. All of the luxuries and
accomodations
are included in this "Eternal Five Star Home".
Verse
sixteen
16 You shall not tempt (test) ta-hwhy, your
Elohim, as the which you
had tempted (tested) in the Massah.
This was the very Torah portion passage that Yeshua used against
HaSatan
in the
wilderness, which is noted in the Gospel of Matthew
Matthew 4:7
Then the devil
taketh Him up into the Holy City, and setteth Him on a pinnacle of the
Temple, 6 And saith
unto Him, If Thou be the Son of Elohim, cast Thyself down: for it is
written, He shall give His angels charge concerning Thee: and in their
hands they shall bear Thee up, lest at any time Thou dash Thy Foot
against a stone. 7
Yeshua said unto him, It is written again, Thou
shalt not
tempt hwhy,
thy Elohim.
Mark Biltz of El Shaddai
Ministries noted that
HaSatan was also tempting him by using
scripture, but that was not the complete context of the Word. This is
the source HaSatan used, which is noted by king David, in the the book
of the Psalms
Psalm
91:10 There shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague
come
nigh thy dwelling. 11 For He shall give His angels charge over thee, to
keep thee in all thy ways. 12 They shall bear thee up in their hands,
lest thou dash thy foot against a stone. 13 Thou shalt tread
upon
the lion and adder: the young lion and the dragon shalt thou trample
under feet. 14 Because He hath set His Love upon me, therefore will I
deliver him: I will set him on high, because he hath known My Name.
HaSatan did not want to say to Yeshua the latter part of the text,
because part of it refers to Yeshua trampling on HaSatan, which is
noted in the Torah portion of B'reyshith, in the book of Genesis
Genesis 3:15 and I will set (put) enmity
between you
and between
the woman, and
between your seed and between her seed; he shall bruise (gape) you at
the
head, and you shall
bruise (gape) him at the heel.
We
are thankful as believers in the Messiah that we can come to our
Heavenly Father that if we had
tempted
Him at all, and fell into it, we can ask for His forgiveness.

Verse

20 When your
son asks (inquires) afterwards, to say, What are the Testimonies
(Witnesses), and
the Statutes,
and the Judgments (Ordinances), which hwhy, our Elohim,
commanded you?
This is
another account that Moses mentioned to the parents. If their
sons ask them a question. The other times were in relevance to the
Passover. In this case, it is the question is why they have
to keep the Commandments, the Statutes and the Judgments of hwhy, their Elohim. The
common way a parent can answer that is, "Because I said so". But the
answer
Moses told them to answer is based on the First Word (Commandment). The
purpose
of the answer is to bring the sons to "believe" in hwhy
their Elohim in
who
He is and what He did for them- the first and second parts of the First
Word (Commandment).
Verses twenty-one and twenty two
21
And you shall say to your son, We were slaves to Pharaoh in
Egypt; and hwhy brought us out from Egypt on
the Strong Hand: 22 and hwhy gave Signs
and Great and Evil Wonders (Miracles) against (in) Egypt, against
Pharaoh and
aginst all of
his
house to
our eyes:
It says that "we" were slaves
in Egypt, and in verse twenty two of this week's Torah portion passsage
He brought "us" from there. This
didn't just applied to that generation, but in "every generation". How
could
"we" as believers have been slaves from Egypt when "we" were not
there? Because
"we" were spiritually in bondage to the Egyptian world, and Egypt is
the
symbol of the world. In other words, hwhy commanded the
fathers to say it this way, so that it would be applied to "every
generation". Those from every generation would know that they
are physically, symbolically and spiritually delivered from the world's
bondage.

Indirectly related, Yeshua noted to His disciples and the Heavenly
Father that the world hates them because they hated Him, and it is
noted in
the Gospel of
John
John 15:18
If
the world
hates you, ye know that it hated Me before it hated you. 19 If ye were
of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of
the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world
hateth you.
John 17:12 While
I was
with them in the world, I kept them in Thy Name: those that Thou gavest
Me I have kept, and none of them is lost, but the son of perdition;
that the Scripture might be fulfilled. 13 And now come I to Thee; and
these things I speak in the world, that they might have My Joy
fulfilled in themselves. 14 I
have given
them Thy Word; and the world hath hated them, because they are not of
the world, even as I am not of the world.
15 I pray not that Thou
shouldest take them out of the world, but that Thou shouldest keep them
from the evil. 16 They
are not of
the world, even as I am not of the world.
17 Sanctify them
through Thy Truth: Thy Word is Truth.
We as believers in the Messiah know that our Egypt is the world. We
have been delivered from the world. The Jews
during Yeshua's time submitted to the Roman Empire who was of the
world.
The Jewish leaders revealed their allegience to the world, which is
noted in the Gospel
of John
John 19:14
And it was the
preparation of the Passover, and about the sixth hour: and he saith
unto the Jews, Behold your King! 15 But they cried out, Away with Him,
away with Him, crucify Him. Pilate saith unto them, Shall I crucify
your King? The
Chief Priests answered, We have no king but Caesar.
If
the Jews submitted to Yeshua, it would have been a different turnout,
but they didn't. Yeshua had to go through the process to redeem the
world
from sin and death, including the Lost Sheep of the Ten Northern Tribes
of Israel who were exiled into the nations, as
well as the rest of the world.
Maybe indirectly related, ending this week's Torah portion chapter,
noting the fruitness of
the sons, which is noted in the book
of Psalms
Psalm 128:1
A Song of Ascents. Blessed are all that fearing hwhy; walking in His ways. 2 Your
hands shall toil, for you shall eat of your happiness, and be well. 3
Your wife shall be as a fruitful vine among the sides of your house:
Your sons like olive plants around your table. 4 Behold, for
thus
shall be blessed the mighty man fearing hwhy. 5 hwhy shall bless
you from Zion:
and see among the goodness of Jerusalem all the days of your life. 6
And see the sons of your sons peace upon Israel.
CHAPTER

Deuteronomy
7:1-11
Deu 7:1 When hwhy, your Elohim,
shall bring
you [(have you come)] to the land which you are going there to possess
(occupy) her, and
shall pluck out (eject out) multiple nations from your face, the
Hittite,
and the
Girgashite, and the Amorite, and the Canaanite, and the Perizzite, and
the Hivite, and the Jebusite, seven nations multipler and bonier
than you;
2 And hwhy, your Elohim,
shall give them to
your face; and you shall strike them, that flattening (blunting), you
shall flatten (blunt) them; you
shall not cut a covenant to them, and you shall not show them grace
(favor): 3
And you shall not make give aways (marriage, intermarriage) among
them; you shall not
give your daughter to his son, and you shall not take his daughter for
your
son,
4 for ta-your son
will turn away from following (after) Me,
and they will serve other
elohim: and the Anger of hwhy will glow against you,
and you shall be destroyed (desolated)
hastily. 5 For but thus, you shall do to them; you shall tear down
(break down)
their
altars, you shall shever-shatter their pillar idols (standing idols),
and you
shall hew down
(cut down)
their asherah
groves, and you shall burn up their vessel images (carved images)
in
the
fire. 6 For you are a Sacred (Holy) People to hwhy, your
Elohim: hwhy, your Elohim,
has chosen among you to be
to Him for a People, a Special Treasure, from all of the peoples which
are
upon the face of the Ground, 7 was not from your multipleness than all
of the
peoples hwhy delighted (clinged?) on you and chose on
you; for you were the fewest from
all
of the peoples: 8 For is hwhy with the love of you, and
He was with guarding (keeping, observing) ta-the Oath which was
sworn to your
fathers. hwhy has brought you out on a Strong Hand,
and redeemed you from the house of slaves (bondages), from the hand of
Pharaoh, King of Egypt, 9 and you shall know for hwhy, your
Elohim, He is the
Elohim, the Faithful El, guarding (keeping, observing) the Covenant and
the Kindness to
loving Him and to guarding (keeping, observing) His Commandments for a
thousand
generations; 10 And with repaying to His haters to perish him to His
Face;
shall not delay to His hater; shall repay to Him to His Face. 11 And you
shall guard (keep, observe) ta-the Commandment, and
ta-the Statutes, and ta-the Judgments (Ordinances),
which I am
with commanding you today, to do
them.

Verse one
1 When hwhy, your Elohim,
shall bring
you [(have you come)] to the land which you are going there to possess
(occupy) her, and
shall pluck out (eject out) multiple nations from your face, the
Hittite,
and the
Girgashite, and the Amorite, and the Canaanite, and the Perizzite, and
the Hivite, and the Jebusite, seven nations multipler and bonier

Putting them in a list form based on their characteristics, this is
what they display:
Hittite:
Terror
Girgashite:

Strangers
Amorite:
Demander
Canaanite:
Subduer
Perizzite: Separater
(Divider)
Hivite:
Showoff

All of these tribes have negative traits
attached to their
identities. The Israelites were to destroy each of these Canaanite
tribes bearing these negativie characteristics. We as believers in the
Messiah today have to deal
with these spiritual seven negative charateristics in our spiritual
lives, and we need to
destroy them with the help of Yeshua, through the Ruakh HaKodesh (the
Holy Spirit).

hwhy brings
forth
these four things not to do with the Canaanite nations:
ONE:
NOT TO MAKE COVENANT WITH
THEM
This was most likely based on what Jacob's sons did to Shechem's
father, Hamor, the Hivite, in making covenant with them by having the
Hivite men circumcise their foreskins, but Shechem's father had
ulterior motives, which is noted in the Torah portion of Vay-Yishlakh,
in the book of Genesis
Genesis 34:20 And Hamor and Shechem, his
son,
came to
the gate of their city, and they spoke to the men of their city, to
say, 21 These men, they are peaceable with us; and they will
dwell in the land, and they will trade (make merchant) of her; and the
land, behold, is
broad of hands to their faces; we will take ta-their daughters to us for
wives, and we will give ta-our daughters to them. 22 Howbeit (Surely)
on this, the men, they shall consent to us to dwell with us to
become for one
people in the circumcising of us every remembered one (male) as the
which they are
circumcised.
23 Their livestock and their substance (goods, purchase) and all
of their animals, that they will not belong to us? Howbeit
(Surely)
we will
consent to them,
and they will dwell
with
us. 24 And they listened to Hamor and to Shechem, his son, all
going
out of the gate of his city; and every remembered one (male), they were
circumcised, all
going out of the gate of his city.
The Hivite men had
ulterior motives to intermarry Jacob's family to
get his prosperity, causing the chosen nation to be no different than
the world.
Only hwhy
knew what would
have happened if Simeon and Levi did not kill the Hivites.
One instance that did not follow this premise was in the book of
Joshua. Joshua met a couple of the
Gibeonites, who were of the Hivites, who pretended to be travelers who
traveled a long journey to make a league with Joshua and the
Israelites, because of all that hwhy
did for Israel.
Joshua made a covenant with them by not killing them and sealed the
covenant by eating food with them. The eating of the food between them
was called "the Food
Covenant". When Joshua
found out they were Canaanites, he could not kill them because of that
Food Covenant, and as a result, those Hivites were made servants to the
Israelites.
The most popular Torah example is in the Torah portion of Balak, in the
book of Numbers, when the Midianite women were
prostituting themselves to the Israelites, and most of the tribe of
Simeon got involved by their sexual relations with them, by bowing down
to
their elohim, and partaking of their Food Covenant. When they took the
Food Covenant, they sealed their
covenant with the Midianites, and their elohim. That Food Covenant cost
them their lives. There are other examples in the Tanakh.
It could have been
also in the Brith Khadashah, (the New Covenant). The apostle Paul
could have based this premise in this week's Torah portion passage by
writing to the brethren to not to eat food sacrificed to idols, which
is
noted in his letter to the assembly in Corinth
1 Coritinthians 10:27 If
any of them
that believe not bid you to a feast, and ye be disposed to go;
whatsoever is set before you, eat, asking no question for conscience
sake. 28 But if any man say unto you, This is offered in sacrifice unto
idols, eat not for his sake that shewed it, and for conscience sake:
for the earth is hwhy's, and the fullness thereof:
If a
believer ate the food sacrificed to idols, that believer would have
made a Food Covenant with the people who sacrificed it, and the idol to
which it
was dedicated.
We need to be careful not to partake from those who did this, because
they might want to make a league and
covenant
with us.
TWO:
NOT TO SHOW MERCY TO THEM
An example of this was the mistake Jacob made to the Hivite men
after her
daughter, Dinah, was raped by Shechem, the Hivite. Instead of
destroying him,
he showed mercy to him by agreeing to let him to marry his daughter.
Big mistake.
The opposite example is, is when the
Northern
Kingdom of Israel followed after the nations' elohim, which is noted in
the book of the prophet Hosea
Hosea 1:1
The Word of hwhy that came
unto Hosea, the
son of Beeri, in the days of Uzziah, Jotham, Ahaz, and Hezekiah, kings
of Judah, and in the days of Jeroboam the son of Joash, King of Israel.
2 The beginning of the Word of hwhy by Hosea.
And hwhy said to
Hosea, Go, take unto
thee a wife of whoredoms and children of whoredoms: for the land hath
committed great whoredom, departing from hwhy.
3 So he went and took ta-Gomer,
daughter of
Diblaim; which conceived, and bare him a son. 4 And hwhy said unto
him, Call his name
Jezreel; for yet a little while, and I will avenge ta-the blood of
Jezreel upon the
house of Jehu, and will cause to cease the kingdom of the House of
Israel. 5 And it shall come to pass at that day, that I will
break
ta-the bow of
Israel in the
valley of Jezreel. 6 And
she
conceived again, and bare a daughter. And said unto him, Call her name
Lo Ruhamah: for I will no more have mercy upon ta-the
house of
Israel; but I will utterly take them away.
Israel
received no mercy from hwhy,
because they
rebelled against hwhy, and became
involved
with the nations. Part of their involvment was their act was being
merciful to the nations, and hwhy
judged them for
rejecting Him.
THREE:
NOT TO INTERMARRY WITH
THEM
This is what Bill Cloud of Shoreshim
Ministries calls it "Mixing the holy with the profane". The
Israelites were not to keep the Canaanites alive nor to mingle with
them,
like the Hivite men wanted to do with Jacob's daughter and their
sons with
their daughters and vice versa, as noted above. Esau did that very
thing by
marrying two Canaanite women, and later heard Isaac, his father,
blessing Jacob
before leaving for Padan Aram to not marry the Canaanite women.
Another account of this matter occurred during the Greek
occupation of Israel around 186 BC in the story of the Maccabees,
where Antiochus, leader of Israel and the region at the time, were
forcing the Jewish people to "intermingle" with the Greek's and culture, and
adding insult to injury by
defiling the Temple of hwhy.
But the Maccabees
and the Jews defeated
Antiocus and his men in time, reclaimed the Temple, and cleansed it.
Another example was during the Southern House of Judah's return to the
Holy Land led by Ezra, the Scribe. He was informed by the Priests who
were left
behind in the Holy Land that they had intermarried with foreign wives,
and Ezra said to them to repent, and to get rid of their foreign wives,
and to purify
themselves from their sins from intermingling with them, which is noted
in the book of Ezra
Ezra 9:1 Now when these
things were done, the princes came to me, saying, The People of Israel,
and the Priests, and the Levites, have not separated themselves from
the people of the lands, doing according to their abominations, even of
the Canaanites, the Hittites, the Perizzites, the Jebusites, the
Ammonites, the Moabites, the Egyptians, and the Amorites. 2 For they
have taken of their daughters for themselves, and for their sons: so
that the Holy Seed have mingled themselves with the people of those
lands: yea, the hand of the princes and rulers hath been chief in this
trespass.... 10 And now, O our Elohim, what shall we say
after this? For we have forsaken Thy Commandments, 11 Which
Thou hast commanded by Thy servants, the prophets, saying, The land,
unto which ye go to possess it, is an unclean land with the filthiness
of the people of the lands, with their abominations, which have filled
it from one end to another with their uncleanness. 12 Now
therefore give not your daughters unto their sons, neither take their
daughters unto your sons, nor seek their peace or their wealth for
ever: that ye may be strong, and eat ta-the good of the land, and
leave it for an inheritance to your Sons for ever. 13 And after
all that is come upon us for our evil deeds, and for our great
trespass, seeing that Thou, our Elohim, hast punished us less than our
iniquities deserve, and hast given us such deliverance as this; 14
Should we again break Thy Commandments, and join in affinity with the
People of these abominations? Wouldest not Thou be angry with us till
thou hadst consumed us, so that there should be no remnant nor
escaping? 15 hwhy, Elohim of Israel, Thou art
righteous: for we remain yet escaped, as it is this day: behold, we are
before Thee in our trespasses: for we cannot stand before Thee because
of this. 10:1 Now when Ezra had prayed, and when he had confessed,
weeping and casting himself down before the House of the Elohim, there
assembled unto him out of Israel a very great congregation of men and
women and children: for the People wept very sore. 2 And
Shechaniah, son of Jehiel, one of the sons of Elam, answered and said
unto Ezra, We have trespassed against our Elohim, and have taken
strange wives of the people of the land: yet now there is hope in
Israel concerning this thing. 3 Now therefore let us make a
covenant with our Elohim to put away all of the wives, and such as are
born of them, according to the counsel of my Adon, and of those that
tremble at the Commandment of our Elohim; and let it be done according
to the Torah. 4 Arise; for this matter belongeth unto thee: we also
will be with thee: be of good courage, and do it. 5 Then arose
Ezra, and made the Chief Priests, the Levites, and all Israel, to swear
that they should do according to this word. And they sware.
This is also an issue we are experiencing today. Tony Robinson of
Restoration
of Torah
Ministries noted at a
Hanukkah seminar in
Tennessee a couple of years ago, warning the young people at the
seminar to be careful that they do not mingle with the culture of the
world of today, and this applies to us believers in Yeshuah as well.
The apostle Paul noted
this in his letter to the assembly in Corinth
2 Corinthians 6:14 Be ye
not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath
righteousness with unrighteousness? And what communion hath light with
darkness? 15 And what concord hath Messiah with Belial? or what part
hath he that believeth with an infidel? 16 And what agreement hath
the Temple of hwhy with idols? For ye are the
Temple of the Living Elohim; as hwhy hath said, I will dwell in
them, and walk in them; and I will be their Elohim, and they shall be
My People. 17 Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate,
saith hwhy, and touch not the unclean
thing; and I will receive you, 18 And will be a Father unto you, and ye
shall be My sons and daughters, saith hwhy Shaddai.
Indirectly related, look at what has been happening to our agriculture
society. Brad Scott of Wildbrach
Ministry noted that about fifty years
ago our agriculture farming force was about fifty percent, but today it
is only at about one percent. This is due mainly to the comglomerate
agricultural industrial empires, comparable to the Rockefeller's oil
industry, by depleting the little and local farmers, and taking over
the
agricultural system by just a controlling elite few. And now, they
have been "playing elohim" by genetically modifying (known as
GMO/GMI/GE), or one could say "intermingling", some major foods to save
their crops from ailments and
pestilence intrusion, going against the natural creation of hwhy's Hand, mainly for
the sake of "preservation", which is also an act of "intermingling", or
"Frankensteining", as
well as controlling the food through patents with the changing of the
food's natural content, hence creating a "monopoly" by claiming rights
to these foods as well as the industry, thus controlling the food
industry. What they have been doing are
"Anti-Messiah" acts, as well as going against the "Non-GMO" Word
of hwhy., as well as the
"Non-GMO" Messiah.
FOUR:
DESTROY THEIR IDOLS AND
IMAGES AND THEIR PAGAN ELOHIM
Through
the Isrealite's history, they had periods of destroying idols, and they
had periods where they made idols. Later, in the book of Hosea,
the Northern Kingdom of the Ten Tribes of Israel was divorced from hwhy
and went into the
nations for about 2730 years. The Southern Kingdom of Judah was
dispersed twice from the land until the Southern House became the State
of
Israel in 1948. The time for the Northern House of the Lost Ten Tribes
of
Israel to return to the land has yet to be fulfilled, and that can only
be done through
Yeshua, the Messiah, because those of the descendants of the Ten
Tribes, as well
as
those of the mixed multitude who were adopted and mingled with them,
were naturally divorced from hwhy
around 722 BC.
Yeshua made the ability for the past 2,000 years for the Ten Tribes, as
well as the Southern House and the rest of the world, to be remarried
to
Him, but as a New Husband, or "the Renewed Husband", because Yeshua had
to represent the First Husband, hwhy, to die. By that,
we can be remarried, but in a redeemed matter through Yeshua, hwhy made Flesh, who was
resurrected from the dead, to be a new Bridegroom for us as Brides in
Messiah.
If we have idols in our house
of any sorts today, we need to get rid of them. In some cases it is
spiritual, and some cases, physical items. We as believers in Yeshua
need to pray to our
Heavenly
Father to show us if we have anything we are not supposed to have in
our homes.
Verse
seven
7 was not from your multipleness than all
of the
peoples hwhy delighted (clinged?) on you and chose on
you; for you were the fewest from
all
of the peoples:
The Israelites
were the fewest
in number of nations in the world at that time, but hwhy
chose them.
Indirectly related, one person became king because his tribe was fewest
in
number, which is noted in the book of the prophet Samuel
1 Samuel 9:15
Now hwhy had told
Samuel ta-in his ear a
day before Saul
came, saying, 16 To morrow about this time I will send thee a man out
of the land of Benjamin, and thou shalt anoint him to be Captain over
My People Israel, that he may save ta-My People
out of the hand of
the Philistines: for I have looked upon ta-My People,
because their cry
is come unto Me. 17 And when Samuel saw ta-Saul, hwhy said unto
him, Behold the
man whom I spake to thee of! this same shall reign over My People. 18
Then Saul drew near to ta-Samuel in
the gate, and said,
Tell me, I pray thee, where the seer's house is. 19 And Samuel answered
ta-Saul, and
said, I am the
seer: go up before me unto the high place; for ye shall eat with me to
day, and to morrow I will let thee go, and will tell thee all that is
in thine heart. 20 And as for thine asses that were lost three days
ago, set not ta-thy heart on
them; for they
are found. And on whom is all the desire of Israel? Is it not on thee,
and on all thy father's house? 21 And
Saul
answered and said, Am not I a Benjamite, of the smallest of the tribes
of Israel? and my family the least of all the families of the tribe of
Benjamin? wherefore then speakest thou so to me?
Though
Saul was the least of all families of Benjamin, he became Israel's
first king.
We
as believers in the Messiah are few in number in today's society,
because
of the major decline of the righteous fabric thanks to the United
States Supreme Court decisions in 1962 to remove the Bible and prayer
out of the school system.
Verse eight
8 For is hwhy with the love of you, and
He was with guarding (keeping, observing) ta-the Oath which was
sworn to your
fathers. hwhy has brought you out on a Strong Hand,
and redeemed you from the house of slaves (bondages), from the hand of
Pharaoh, King of Egypt,
hwhy, our Heavenly
Father, loves us and He
chose us in Yeshua, because
He still keeps the Oath to this very day, through Yeshua
the
Messiah,
and keeps it through us by His Ruakh HaKodesh (the Holy Spirit). Yeshua
said this, which is noted in the
Gospel of John
John 15:16 Ye
have not
chosen Me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go
and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that
whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in My Name, He may give it you.
John
15:19 If ye were of
the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the
world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world
hateth you.
If we as belivers love our
Heavenly Father, we will keep His Words (Commandments) in Yeshua's
name.
This week's Torah portion verse is applied today, which the apostle
John
noted in his epistle
1 John 4:16 And we have
known and believed the love that God hath to us. hwhy is Love; and he that
dwelleth in Love dwelleth in hwhy, and hwhy in him.
Amen John.
Verse nine
9 and you shall know for hwhy, your
Elohim, He is the
Elohim, the Faithful El, guarding (keeping, observing) the Covenant and
the Kindness to
loving Him and to guarding (keeping, observing) His Commandments for a
thousand
generations;
Mankind has been
existing on this earth for roughly 120 generations. There are still
about
880 generations left. In other words, it is going to exist for
thousands
of years more, if not, "eternity".
Throughout this week's Torah portion, Moses have been repeating to the
Israelites these seven major things:
1:
The First Word (Commandment).
2:
The Second Word (Commandment).
3:
Not to forget hwhy, their Elohim.
4:
Going to the land
which they shall possess her.
5:
To guard, keep, or
observe- from the Hebrew word "shema".
6:
His Covenant.
7:
In many words, from a
play on Tom Cruise's Movie Jerry
Maguire, "Love Me to love
you".
In the
Hebrew
text of this week's Torah portion, there are Hebrew grammatic words
that have unusual
pronouns that were not in previous Torah portions as
often as in this Torah portion. There are two Hebrew pronouns used in
this portion:
The 'Shoorek Vav-Nun Sophit paragogic' Pronoun
and the 'Kibbuts-Nun Sophit paragogic' Pronoun
They are both pronounced as "oon" and are used in the future verb
tense.
This is page fourteen from James Saxias- A Manual Hebrew
Grammar for the
Use of Beginners
(1833). I highlighted the information in
three places relating to this Hebrew grammar issue
There are Hebrew words in this week's Torah
portion that contain these future pronoun verbs. The purpose of this
is to help you understand this pronoun and how it is used in
the Hebrew text.
For those who don't have the Hebrew scriptures, you can get them on
"e-sword" software, and "theWord" software websites, both have the
Ancient Hebrew Lexicon from Jeff Benner of Ancient Hebrew
Research Center.
They are free to
download on your computer, but you will have to separately download the
Hebrew bibles from their download section. They can be found on the
"download" file on the "e-sword" program, and the "help" file on
"theWord" program.

Ending the Torah portion from the words of Yeshua from the Gospels in
the book of John
John 14:15
If ye love Me, keep My Commandments.
That ends this
week's Torah portion commentary.
